Even with the large amount of people in the stores next door, this place was calm and easy to navigate. My only beef is the lack of pricing on some of the products in the YETI section. I don't want to have to look for the list posted on the section, I need a per item price on the shelf or on the item. I don't understand why I have to look for the yeti list. I lost interest when I couldn't find the price to a certain item and went to find my yoga mat I have gone in for.

I've tried and shopped at Target, Ross, DSW and Burlington in the past for dress shoes but either my feet are all wonky or these stores simply never have my available size, width or style. As I was the only customer in Famous Footwear, the salesperson greeted me and was able to provide her full attention. I'm not one to browse around for too long, so I told her exactly what I was looking for. She took my notes and directed me to the dress shoe section, where she pointed out one that had a decent look but wasn't to my liking or size. When I had questions about the tight front-loose back problems I've always had with formal shoes, she directed me to another pair that aligns more with my style, had good cushion support and proper sizing. Ultimately, she also provided me with cushion stickies for the back of my shoes to prevent slipping. The overall experience was super positive. She was very kind and I got what I wanted in a timely manner! I only wish they had a larger catalog for the style of shoes I was looking for in case I wanted to browse for a longer period of time.

During my visit today I purchased 2 pairs of trainers Hoka Bondi's and Brooks Adrenaline for my daily walks grab a few tanks for around the house while shopping. Naomi helped us and was wonderful very knowledgeable of the shoes I was looking at and the ones I wanted more information on. I then spoke with a manager who was also unhelpful and dismissive, implying I was not being truthful and saying they had never heard of this issue. It's just too expensive…read more Maybe if it was 15 years ago when it was harder to find Anthropolgie-y kinda stuff, but now you can find similar items all over the place for a much lower price. It's still enjoyable to explore this space; you'll find cool artsy installations, pretty seasonal stuff, and the latest trendy clothes in flowing glittering fabrics. Plus they've always got cutesy, vintage-y kitchenware and home decor. After you look at $200 price tags on dresses and sweater and boots for 20 minutes those $40 candles don't seem SO expensive. The staff here is very friendly and involved. I was quickly approached and asked if I wa looking for anything in particular. I was brought options and ideas without asking. I was well taken care of. If you don't want attentive help, make sure to say you're just browsing from the start! I bought a pair of earrings and a flowy sheer dress on my last visit. The dress had a couple little holes in the shoulders so I was given a 15% discount, which I really appreciated. The holes can certainly be stitched with a needle and thread, but it was nice to get a little deal. Even if you don't wanna buy anything, come stroll around next time you need a little aesthetic pick-me-up.
