The rooms were warm enough and one day the instructor had the class outside on the deck because the weather was hot and perfect for a flow. Took the fusion class a couple times and a flow and they were equally exceptional. The campus here is so beautiful and they have so many different things they offer along with the traditional classes. This place is definitely on my list to come back to when visiting Olympia.

For those that are unfamiliar: Bikram is all heaters all the time; no music; no flow; 26 postures without the conventional yoga pose names. Hydrate more than usual before class. Reading some of the reviews, I think it's important to make the distinction between the studio and the instructors VS the style of yoga. I've already reviewed the studio, though you should know it's an intimate setting with changing rooms. There are no showers, and you will sweat so plan accordingly. Most of us do the quick change and head home for a shower. The style of yoga is hot yoga or "Bikram" yoga, a 26-posture hatha yoga series done in 95-105 degree heat. This studio trends toward the 100 degree level, I'd say. It's definitely not the hottest studio I've ever been in, and for my taste, I welcome that. I have a love/hate with the heat, but it definitely contributes toward your well-being. This style of yoga has largely alleviated an arthritic condition that I've deal with for 30 years. It's also been great for my energy and mood. I should note that hot yoga is not instruction-heavy, though the instructors will answer any questions particularly after the class. If it's your first time, you will simply follow others and the teacher, but that's not a bad thing. We've all been there, and after a couple classes, you'll loosen up and get into it. All hot yoga studios offer first-time specials, so you have nothing to lose. Enjoy!

I had a very good experience and felt a lot better after the massage. I like the fact that it is independently operated and is able to give a personalized massage treatment. The place is really nice and makes you want yo go back. I am so far happy with Jenna and I feel its well worth the money spent.

I've been taking pilates classes for just a few months but have really enjoyed them. There are a…read moreton of options which is really nice: short lunch-time mat classes fit in with the work week really well but then it's nice to also add in longer evening classes. I've only tried the mat classes so can't speak to their several other class types. There's always something new in the mat classes so never repetitive and target different strengths. Primarily only taken classes with Heather and really like her style! She's easy to follow and has a nice tone to her instruction. She's really flexible and nice about scheduling and using the package too. I've seen a few deals (Living Social & Groupon) around too so makes it more affordable to try out.

But if you are looking for a caring instructor with a lot of knowledge and experience, try Oly Yoga.
