Unfortunately, my experience with the medical assistant was the complete opposite. From the moment we were brought back, she came across as cold and unfriendly. She made no effort to engage with me or my two-year-old daughter, which is disappointing in a pediatric office where young children are often nervous or upset. My daughter was having a tantrum during the visit, which is not unusual for a toddler in a medical setting. Instead of showing patience or attempting to comfort her, the assistant appeared visibly annoyed and kept making unpleasant facial expressions. It felt as though she was irritated by having to deal with a young child. One interaction in particular stood out to me. While my daughter was fussing on the scale, I was doing my best to help and commented that I thought she weighed around 38 pounds. The assistant responded with, "Yeah, I know, I saw the 38," in a rude and dismissive tone. The pediatrician was excellent, but the medical assistant's attitude left a very negative impression and made me regret choosing this office. Families with young children deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and understanding.

I have been at this clinic since my two older were adopted in 2010. We started at the Mesquite location. We are now at the Sunnyvale location. I absolutely love this clinic. Dr. Patrick has been seeing my kids since they were three and five years old. I have not had any issues at the Sunnyvale location. The staff is always very professional, and the women at the front desk are always happy, professional, and ready to help in anyway that they can. I have never had to wait a long time to be seen. The only time that happened was at the Mesquite location, but I was also a walk-in. I see a lot of negative reviews for this clinic, but I am now bringing my fourth child here so this must be a good clinic. Normally, when we check-in we are greeted by Seleste. She is alway very professional and she listens to you. I loooove when she is at the front desk. What I love most is that the doctors take their time and listen to your concerns. They do not hesitate to send over referrals for specialist if needed. Dr. Patrick is our absolute most favorite doctor. I understand that there are people who get frustrated when the doctor don't call you back or if your wait time is too long. You have to understand that you're dealing with the pediatric clinic. Sometimes the staff will get busy and forget to call you back, but all you have to do is call back and your questions will be answered.
