He basically dropped me. Didn't even have the decency to call me and speak to me like a human being. It was very disappointing. I don't care about Concierge Medical charges or anything else. Then....I meet Nurse Adeline! Nurse Adeline explained every piece of equipment and shared the medicines he was being given. She helped shift my Brother up in bed, helped the patient outside his room, and shut the door to ER area C that wasn't closed.... all in about 3-5 minutes. She was friendly, helpful, and observant!
