Huge laundry. Probably wouldn't feel that in a Saturday morning but there were tons of empty machines on a Tuesday afternoon. Lots of tables for folding and space so that you're not bumping into others. There's an attendant with a snack bar so you can have a treat while you wait. I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome. read more

Warning: LONG RANT!! Hours listed online and on the business doors clearly state 8am - 9pm, last load to be started by 7:30pm...(started meaning a wash AND dry load) Please note that the staff literally tells people that they close at 8:45pm. Ok, fine I can accept that but more than once I have been rushed out of there because the staff "has to leave". One time they even removed my clothes from the dryer and left them by the door, when I got there (30minutes to closing...15 before they kick people out) I was told to grab my stuff and they left immediately and I was left to fold my clothes on the sidewalk in front of the Laundromat with security shining their headlights at me like I was a criminal. Now, if this was a once in a blue moon kind of thing I'd let it slide, but I've been going there for years now, (bc they are the ONLY Laundromat on my side of town) and this kind of stuff happens often and not just to me. I've witnessed the staff yelling at a customer because she left while her clothes were washing and was gone too long . I have been, for lack of better vocabulary, talked shit to by a worker because I had my earbuds in and didn't hear him tell me to not walk on his clean floor...in front of other customers. Found this excellent place to do laundry in Lacey while in the area working. Machines will take both credit/debit cards and even Apple and Android pay. 4 loads machine costs $7 up to $8 depending on your load setting. 2 loads starts at $3.75. Smaller Dryers cost 0.25 for six minutes while the larger machines are $0.25 for four minutes. They do offer drop off service as well. Lacey Laundry is conveniently located in a shopping complex so there is plenty of parking. Also, there is a front and a rear entrance, so very easy access. read more

I regularly used this laundromat for a couple years. A couple days ago I brought in a load of clothes, washed and dried them (including my laundry bag) and took them home. Went to put them away, and they all smelt awful. Like a combination of cat litter and urine. The bag did not get set in anything except my vehicles seat, and I don't have a cat. I washed them again, being careful about the machine and the cycle, and they are almost worse smelling now. Called them and they refused to do anything about it. It was clear by the tone of voice the person didn't care in the least. Awful customer service, and as someone with a low fixed income, I'm out a quantity of clothes that will take me months if not a year to replace. I will never visit this place again. I'd rather wear dirty clothes permanently. read more

We did our laundry there on Tuesday and the floors were spotless. The machine were nice and clean with no soap residue. I saw only one machine with an "Out of Order" sign on it. They keep the bathrooms lock so you need to get a key at the desk. The women's was as clean as the rest of the place. The washers were the right height so that the door opened and the baskets fit under the opening. You pay a little more here but it's worth it to have a clean place to do laundry. read more

Today I came in from a short work day to again use the excellent equipment and friendly staff to clean up my well worn work clothes. Right now I am waiting for my two loads to dry in about 15 minutes. When I got started the counter clerk helped me change money for the Lacey Laundry card. Despite accepting almost all forms of money, LL card is overall the best payment method. After the wash while I was doing another Yelp review, I was approached by Josh who handed me 50 cents explaining it was mine to keep and it had come from loss on the floor. I offered Josh a pin from Amazon where I work. He politely declined, but as I insisted that the secret to living is giving, he accepted. The whole staff here is like that. No laundry I have been to has been so professional and so thoughtful. Now it's time to check the dryer. I have never used a laundry mat to wash dog bedding, but gave it a shot. This place was 15 min from my house and it's way better than I expected. The facility is clean, quiet and when I needed assistance, I was helped immediately. Bathroom utilizes a key customers have to ask for which I why I think the bathrooms are clean. There's plenty of rolling baskets and tables to fold laundry or lounge while you wait for laundry. Recommend this spot for anyone in the Lacey, Olympia, DuPont area. The machines are touch less; tap or swipe your card and the machines also take Apple Pay. read more

I generally enjoy doing my laundry here and never had an issue until today when the attendant left me standing at the register for over 15 min waiting to make some purchases. I thought since they had a two-way mirror behind the register and cameras everywhere they could see me standing there. I eventually ended up going to the back employee area and asking the lady attendant to please ring me up. My favorite thing about doing laundry at a laundry mat is the people. I'll be honest. I have a washer and dryer at home. Its terrible, and while it does work, my time is valuable and i am not gonna wait three days to dry a comforter in my tiny ass dryer. At a laundry mat you get a whole experience. your doing your laundry at home alone, Im sitting with some little old lady who is telling me about her grand children and how she secretly cut them out of her will. While your folding underwear on your bed, Im watching a tweeker nod out, fall off the chair and smash his face on the table, then jump up and act like nothing happened. While your looking for that sock that magically disappeared. Im playing snatch the basket with some fat lady who thinks she owns store property and gets increasingly mad everytime i move it when she isnt looking but cant figure out whos doing it. Look, you can pay 8 bucks and get your fill at a McDonald's or you can pay 20 bucks for a cheeseburger at hard rock cafe and have marilyn monroe's boobs fall out while she delivers your shakes.... I'm hesitant to post this because after a few of these 5 star reviews this laundromat will be crowded, but I support small business owners so I hope this is the case. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and effort into creating a very nice business for us to use. This "mat" is oh so conveniently located in the shopping center where the Martin Rd Dutch Bros is, and naturally I first got a coffee and then wandered inside with my two oversized comforters. It's like laundromat nirvana. Very roomy with so many new machines available. Very clean with lots of seating and tables. The nice woman at the counter as I walked in asked "first time here?" Yes, I replied. So she asked what I wanted laundered, and then showed me the perfect machine. She showed me how to use it. I was so happy to see many options for payment. Credit at the machine! Laundry cards! Coin! Even Apple Pay! They have good sized folding stations. And I like that they have other tables where you could bring a laptop and work or watch while your laundry is in the machines. Or watch the TV they have for your viewing pleasure. Another bonus: if you get hungry there's a bakery two doors down! This is my new favorite mat! It will be yours too. read more

Lacey Landry is bright and CLEAN. The machines look new and accept credit. The staff (I assume I talked to the owner and her husband) were friendly and helpful. I was going to wash​ my down comforter myself at the laundromat, but after thinking about how long I'd need to sit there while it dried, I decided to see how much it would cost to drop it off. It ended up being very affordable. She offered to use the all-natural detergent and drier balls that I had brought, which I thought was really nice. I made the mistake of taking my silk dry cleaning to this place. The lady did mention that they might not be able to do it well but they specialize in dry cleaning so I am not sure why they would ruin them this much. You would think they would just turn the work away if they knew it would turn out this badly. They ended up not charging me for the job done and said I could probably sew it... I cannot sew this at all. My regular curtains were ok but these seer ones were butchered. I recommend this for normal dry cleaning but in no way can they do seer/silk. read more

This has to be the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to in my whole life. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was very helpful. They even have a reloadable cash payment card that you can use instead of using coins to pay for pay for your laundry. You just slide the card, add the desired dollar amount, then swipe the card in the machine. You never have to worry about having quarters again. I am new to the laundromat world. I've always had a washer and dryer where I lived before, but not at my new place. I chose Lacey Laundry because it had high ratings on Yelp. The facility is large and has a variety of washer and dryer capacities. It is super clean inside and the machines are well-maintained. I love the fact that I can use my debit or credit card to pay. The attendant is always polite and helpful. I never need to buy laundry soap, but I noticed that they do have several brands for sale. There seem to be a reasonable number of carts for folks to use. I was a little worried about how busy it would be, but whenever I go, there are plenty of machines for folks. The only downside is that I think there aren't enough places for people to sit, but again I am new to this and maybe this is true of all laundromats. read more

The place is super clean and the machines all seem to work and the customers were reasonably friendly. Quite a lot of laundry stuff and snacks are for sale at the front counter and there is a very large well stocked drink machine, though I did not look at the prices.
