I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome.

I also observed him treating two other women the same way before the 7:30 PM last-load cutoff. When I told him I would be contacting the owner regarding his behavior, he responded that he didn't care and told me I could leave. His behavior was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they are arriving before the posted last-load time.

They have nice vending machines with plenty of selection for detergent and fabric softener. There is also a small arcade for while you wait, as well as multiple large tables to fold your clothes on. I feel the price per load is a little high, and the machines could use some more load cycle selections as the only option is water temp, but overall this is the best laundry shop in the area. Be sure to bring a debit or credit card, as the machines all have card readers rather than taking coins or cash. There is a machine you can use to add coins or cash to a debit card that is accepted on the machines, including the vending machines and video games. That is a nice convenience. I handed over my comforter in its bag on Tuesday and they told me to pick it up on Saturday. Today is Saturday. I go to pick up my comforter and it's in a cheap static to the touch plastic bag. I ask for the original bag I brought it in with and the guy who I assume is an owner goes to look for it. I show him a picture of what the bag looks like and he says they probably threw it away. WHATTT?!? Who throws away someone else's property?! He said people usually don't care about it, they throw bags away all the time, and that I'm the first person in 40 years who has ever been upset by it. I was so angry! I have never had a dry cleaner throw away my BRANDED garment bag before EVER! The most annoying part is the guy thinks it's funny and shrugs it off like it's just how they choose to do business. He had such a shitty personality and attitude and showed zero empathy for throwing away my personal property. No apology, no emotion just a straight up shrug of his shoulders and says it's normal. They never dry cleaned this, they clearly threw this in a regular washer and dryer and called it good. I attached photos of what half the empty squares look like compared to what they're supposed to look like. It's one thing if my storage bag was ratty and nasty but it was still brand new and high quality. If they truly just throw away people's garment bags then they should tell them at the counter to remove the item from the garment bag otherwise it will be tossed. I have been using dry cleaning services for years and I've been asked a few times if I wanted to keep the bag it was being dropped off in or if I would like a new bag but they always gave me the option. The other cleaners who have never asked have ALWAYS put my cleaned items back in the original bag it came in. I don't know why this place decides for you but it's a terrible way of doing business.
