I…read moreknow it shrunk because I measured it when I received it from the seller, and I know it was the fault of KP Cleaners because this was the first time I had it cleaned. It also smells strongly of laundry detergent, so I'm wondering if they didn't just wash and dry it instead of the required dry clean only. It now fits my king bed like a mattress topper would, instead of a comforter & I have to purchase a new one. In response to the owner's response- I appreciate your response. The inner filling of the duvet insert shrunk, making the entire sewn boarder shrink in, leaving the outer shell baggy on the filling. I measured from where the sewn boarder is, not the overhang of the shell. The picture included shows how the duvet insert boarders used to look- but now the boarder is sucked in with the shell hanging way over it.

Very attentive and polite. I had four loads of laundry today and made it out of there spending less than $20. I used the coin-op machines because there were no pre-paid cards to use, however that is an old system that would have cost me more money. The machines on that system are 25 yrs old and are a product of the previous owner. And from a business standpoint, they cost more than they are worth to the customer. The place could use some cleaning, but is not filthy as some people have posted (4 years ago). Give this place a try. I will be back.

The only downside is side is there are no paper towels or a bathroom if your load doesn't fully drain all the water before you open the door. I had one load that didn't fully drain that and had to use the few napkins I had in my car to wipe up the mess. There isn't an attendant at this location, which most people don't like. The other location nearby has someone working there. I love I can use 1washer for 2 loads of clothes and another washer for my super thick queen size quilt and pay the same for each load. Overall, I will continue to use this place, it meets and works for my needs.

Lots of tables for folding and space so that you're not bumping into others. There's an attendant with a snack bar so you can have a treat while you wait. I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome.
