They squeezed me in to try to see if they could spot the issue without taking anything apart (as they wouldn't have time to put it back together before they closed) and check if it was safe to drive because I am not from town. They charged me $400 for a tank that should have cost $150 3 1/2 hrs labor for oil change a tank replacement that should have taken no more than 30 min and a leak on a quarte in air line leaking on a seat. They were supposed to fix my turbos on my truck and also replace a filter.they…read morehad my truck for 6 months and when I finally got it back they broke my radiator and replaced it with a new one,and charged me for it.never had any problems with radiator,was charged an extra 1200 dollars for this.without even getting a heads up.next I take truck to gas station to go to work and notice oil leaking down both sides of the motor from the turbos.so I take it back and they said it was a supply line either didn't get hooked up or tightened. But they fixed it.so I get my tuck back a few days later.and I make it about ten miles before both of the brand new turbos give out.and truck won't run.i have them pick it up.and they called and said the turbos are bad.and that I have to pay them labor to fix it again which they just fixed and.i never even got to use the truck.they already charged me 10,000 dollars, and had my truck for months .I still can't use my truck and they won't stand behind it.i did nothing wrong and I didn't hesitate to pay the 10,000.so I'm not sure why they refuse to help a customer or stand behind there work. But obviously I'm not going to give them Another penny, all I asked of them was to make it right.i just need my truck.why wouldn't they want to help.i shouldn't have to pay for labor twice.and they shouldn't even think that is right.if anything they should get ahold of the turbo manufacturer and make them pay.if they were bad.im sure there is some kind of a process they do.but these guys have no interest in making it right,I am a business owner and I know that this is 100% wrong.and very unprofessional.supposed to be a good company.just a very bad experience.
