So I phoned PetSmart a few days ago asking if my appointment would include trimming the hair on my dogs back end. I was told it did and to just tell the girls what I wanted. I get to the appointment this morning, tell the girls what I want and they tell me they can't do that. Trimming her back end would mean a haircut and that wasn't included in my appointment. I will never go back to Pet Smart again!

My dog needed an emergency C-section for her last pup based on their recommendation over the phone. They were right. Got her into surgery very quickly and charged what I thought was a very reasonable price. They also saved my dogs eye on one occasion. Overall great clinic and excellent emergency services.
