Oh...the cashmere! Fabulous quality sweaters in silhouettes from tailored to slouchy to boxy to trim. Cardigans in traditional crew or v-neck or boyfriend or cropped and beyond. Or pullovers from v neck to round neck to scoop neck and some in short sleeve tee style. Color block options and some others embellished with sparkle. All in scrumptious colors that change seasonally. Weights change seasonally too, with some whisper light for summer wear and some more substantial for other months. YOUNGER ESTHETIC BUT SOME ITEMS SPAN AGE GROUPS The models, in print catalog and online, are beautiful English girls and I am simply too long in the tooth for some of the styling which leans to a younger vibe. For example, some of their shirts and tees, while beautifully made, turned out to be a tad too sheer for a woman of my, ummm...maturity. Peek-a-boo lingerie may be alluring in one's youth, but in one's not-youth it is simply silly...or disturbing. This is a young business, maybe a decade or so in existence, with the retail catalog in the US maybe only since 2011 and they still seem to be finding their footing for who is their market. I hope they'll trend a little more in my age demographic as they figure that out. But some of the cashmere sweaters are timeless enough to work across the age spectrum. VALUE The quality of the product is so high that even at full price they are a fair value but I wait until they go on sale and then they are a great buy. Finally, I have to spend 8 dollars to ship the sweater with the wrong size back to them, even though on the website it says return shipping is free, - which in fact is not free. This company has a dysfunctional inventory management and customer service department, and the price of their mistakes is on their customers.

Every time I enter the Lawrence Target, it is a disaster…read more While my mother was picking up last minute Father's Day cards, I wanted Starbucks. The worst experience ever. There were three employees, the line was to the door, and Jennifer decided to walk away and venture to the back of the store to have a conversation with Target employees. I left the line to find my mother and saw this. They should have a manager there on the weekend, and it did not seem that a competent adult was monitoring what was going on. There was a girl with long blonde hair, I'm assuming it wasn't real, flipping it and playing with it, and she was slow in making the drinks. Her hair should be up or tied back as this this against the Board of Health. I waited 20 minutes the first time and the line were barely moving, and the second attempt, still no Jennifer, I waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went to the Starbucks across the street, where the employees had my order complete immediately and it was just as crowded in there. I forgot to mention, there was another girl working, and she was working hard but looked frustrated. On behalf of my mother, the chip aisle was bare, no paper towels, all the locked-up goods were opened, and no one was monitoring it. What is the purpose of having goods locked up, if they aren't locked and people were stealing? Where was security? Mind you, it was noon and the stock was limited. My mother was extremely dissatisfied. Although this location is close to home, you're better off going to another Target or Walmart.

My back is killing me from leaning over and figuring out how to load all my stuff myself (curious how all the signs said "10 item limit"?) and I'm just feeling angry and that Target truly does not care and the managers here are 100% ableist. I saw a very elderly lady with a walker and felt bad for her. Maybe she'll get help and maybe those of us with invisible disabilities will get help when we look like her. I said I was not pleased at all. The lines were too long and more people should have been there to help. She had no response. Standing on this line took a half hour off of my life. Multiple people actually left their items and left the store. I had not been here in about two years. I remembered why and I will never return. Save your time and aggravation.
