He could see that we were hesitant about the selection of beds and was quick to remind us of the financing...and even offered a discount. The store itself was very cluttered. There wasn't a clear layout or direction in which to walk through. As far as cleanliness, I did see a dead roach on the floor, but didn't have the gut to tell the salesman. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is varied - but always eclectic, cool, high quality and they seem to specialize in mid century on the furniture. The prices can be high - especially on their furniture - but the pieces are consistently high quality and functional. So from that perspective - it is good value to find quality pieces in excellent condition from whatever era the pieces hail. Having said that, we have found some real steals through the years here too. The consistent quality is what brings us back time after time.
