They spent hours with me and were always available. I was faced with an unpleasant experience having to sell a house through court mediation and dealing with a mental case X girlfriend. She was actually the one that recommended the Skorick Team during the court mediation. Apparently, her recommendation was due to the fact she thought she would get a referral fee and requested Nathan pay it under the table so I didn't find out. Once she realized Nathan would not do something so unethical, she lost her mind. At that point she did everything she could to cause problems, including trying to go to the broker and complain. She was shot down in flames time after time. Anyone that knows Nathan and Lori would never believe this woman's crazy false claims. As for the staging complaints by my X, there were absolutely no complaints on the decor or furniture in the house by potential buyers. The common complaint turning potential buyers away centered around the crazy colors she had painted the bedrooms. To be specific, these colors included a purple room, a lime green room, and a baby blue room. Her choice of colors was the biggest problem we dealt with causing potential buyers to quickly become uninterested. I felt bad for Nathan and Lori because they constantly had to deal with her psycho actions and claims, but they always remained professional. I would also like to point out of her review, she uses the words we and us. There was absolutely no we or us deciding anything. I was pro Skorick Team the entire time and never doubted them. If I were in the market again, they would be the first people I called. The house sold for above listing. If you want a realtor team that is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the Skorick Team is without a doubt the best choice you could make. I cannot say enough positive about them. I would not pay much attention to a low score review given by a manipulative crazy woman who didn't get paid "under the table," like she requested. Unlike her, some realtors are honest and do the right thing. Go with the Skorick's, you won't be sorry. They are top notch!

From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan.
