Then the door would not properly close so they had to come back out to realign it. Then water seeped in when it rained because the door had not been properly sealed. And now finally the door is separating from the frame and is still not aligned. There is a draft and you can clearly feel the winter air coming through. Every time I request for someone to come out, I get a time frame that is rarely respected. As it stands I am still waiting for them to come out to seal and align the door. The door looks pretty, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Mind you this project cost me $4500 - does not at all seem worth it for all the trouble it has been.

When the window was torn apart, additional repairs were needed and he never came by to give me another estimate for the expanded work that would be involved. When I got the bill he charged me over twice the going rate for a contractor - i clearly felt that because he did not provide an estimate, he took advantage of the situation. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau, but they would not help because they completed the work. BEWARE! if you use this contractor make sure everything is in writing and do not assume that you will be fairly billed - because he will inflate the bill to more than double what it should be and the BBB won't help because it is a billing matter... IT is too bad because he just lost my future business because of this incident.

he was very nice and very responsive to calls and texts. he arrived on time for estimate and to do…read morework. i had a list of about 5 things i wanted done. he agreed to two. the other items he said would either be extremely costly and time consuming or that he just couldn't do them at all. of the two things he did agree to fix only one of them actually works. he fixed a gate and it works well but he didn't stain it so while it works great it doesn't look great. he was supposed to fix tub but it's still not working right. he only had one solution for why tub wasn't working when i told him it was something else he couldn't understand it and refused to investigate further after his solution didn't work. his bill was also confusing because itemization was not clear. he charged $125 for total. when i asked about refund for not fixing the tub he hemmed and hawed and stated it would only be a few dollars refund. he implied the gate was the bulk of the work and that in reality he was undercharging me. my suggestion is to use someone else or if you have the time that i don't go on youtube and diy.
