Stayed at this place for a couple of hours and it went great! Many washer and dryer machines different sizes. Plenty of parking all machines were working didn't see an "DOWN" ones. Vending machines there worked which has laundry items and snacks as well as sodas. Trashes empty. I use a large machine and it was nine dollars but it took my whole load and the blanket They had a kids books as well as magazines. Seating as well massage chairs. Coin machine was working. Absolutely garbage service I dropped off several loads of laundry to there drop off service everyone in existence knows that you do not wash and dry cotton on high heat. They destroyed half of my wife's clothes when the owner was asked he said how do we know it was us. In a city that is based around knowing people and your reputation he would think that they would take better care of keeping their clients happy. read more

Machines worked and there was a remodeling project so it was awkward to get around and the person on duty seemed busy.

Nice place with new machines. Washers are from $2.00 to $ 2.50 a load. Driers start .$50. cents per load. Drop off service is $1.20 per pound. They have a coin machine inside. I had no issues or complaints. This was my first time here. I would return if need arises. This visit was on Sunday at 2.00 PM on March 10th. It will take about one dollar to get most loads dry. If you are not sure where this place is at , it is straight across from Staples on hwy 50 west. read more

Terrible service!! Went in to go and do some laundry this morning. As soon as the non English speaking attendant got there, the attendant said "you need to leave" and a bunch of other things I could not understand because this person does not respect the country she immigrated to enough to learn the language. She's definitely a reason people vote Republican.... Anyways... I was asked to leave because I'm charging my things while doing laundry. I'm pretty confused because why would a laundry mat be trying to kick out someone for charging their things while they wait? Dead flies and living ones all over the windows and change machine. This place is a breeding ground for disease. There's only one power outlet that works so I have to bring a charging strip if I want to charge more then one thing. The clerks are not fluent in the primary language of this nation. Like uh....what? Good place to wash things you shouldn't wash in your own home. They say not to bring blankets and whatever but if they're letting infectious bugs in the store and breeding, they probably don't actually care. Anything too filthy for your home will fit right in here. read more

Came in for my first visit to wash blankets in their big machine. Cost 8.50 which is probably the going rate did not have enough change for the dryer so only had a 20 and put in the change. Got a large handful of quarters and put them in the dryer. Counted the remaining change and found out I was only given change for a 10. Told the attendant who says I have to wait a few minutes for the rest. Shows me a piece of old masking tape with something I could not read written in pencil that she says it tells me that. Unreadable to me. Refused to give me my 10 dollars in change. As a senior on a fixed income upset me very much that they took my money. Still upset tonight and this was at noon. Upset that the attendant did not care. Will not go back. This would have paid for 2 days of food at the end of the month. read more

First problem was that the machine wouldn't take my money for the lower dryer so we got that sorted out to wear after calling me a liar she put the money in and figured out it was what I said it was and so she came out with a piece of tape and put a piece of tape over it. Out of order... then we have a dryer vent never fucking heated up and she went in the back and turned it on and then didn't think it was appropriate to give me my money back..! After I made a beagle stick talking to other customers in there about how I thought it was wrong then she went and said look like I'm putting $.50 in her machine... never again..! All I can say is keep up the good work. The ladies working were constantly cleaning and you can tell from the smell of Clorox. Bathrooms were clean. Cheap and efficient!! read more
