I especially enjoyed the apple fritter, from the fruity apple topping right down to the honey cruller base. It was absolutely delicious. The donut and bagel were both fresh, the quality of the salmon was very good, and the latte hit the spot. The service was very quick, because for an early afternoon on a Saturday, they were hopping! There are some standard tables to sit at, but also some more comfy seats by the fireplace. It's a good coffee shop. Would absolutely stop in again when I'm up here for work.

Dars Delights My…read morefamily and I took the pups for a walk at one of the conservation areas nearby and on our drive back home we passed by a building that looked like a small home with a sign on the side the said Dar's Delights so we decided to stop in and pick up some pie and other desserts. The bakery itself is super small and just has a glass case filled with pies, tarts, quiches and other goodies. The owner Dar was the one who was working behind the counter. There is no words the describe her besides the crankiest person I have ever met. I asked her if all the food was made here and the look she gave me could kill then I decided that I would ask her which pie she recommends to which she replied with whatever pie you want to eat. We left with butter tarts, pie and meat pies. And all of it was amazing! I don't care if she was a miserable person she makes some amazing butter tarts and none that we've tried can compare to hers at all. We will be back soon for the butter tarts!
