I asked for natural lashes and was assured that it's possible, but instead got a fan of unnatural lashes that were all the same length/ width and were way too thick. Please incorporate more natural lashes! More importantly, they don't offer a free removal if you're allergic to the very expensive set you just purchased. This really bothers me and makes it seem like they only care about money.

Came in, the staff was welcoming but kept trying to upcharge me which is normal. it's a business. I used Natalie was super professional and efficient. At the beginning, I was told I was getting a "first time customer" discount and would pay $90. At the end, I was charged $110 and when I asked they said "oh that stylist charges an extra $20." I had never heard of that before but it was no big deal and added an extra $10 as a tip bringing it to $120. the next time & came in was January, and I used the same stylist, but without the discount I was charged $130. I added an extra $10 for Natalie as a tip and went on my way. then came February and I came in a week before my wedding. I specifically came in early in case there was any irritation in my eyes so there would be time for it to go away. I used the same stylist, Natalie, who had done nicely the first 2 times so naturally i trusted her with my wedding look. after the service I came out to pay and they charged me $250. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. I was shocked. I asked the young ladies at the counter why it was $250, they said because that's the price. ok.. I asked for the price breakdown. they pulled out a menu and just started pointing at random things on it and acted confused when I said "that doesn't add up to $250". I told them I had paid $130 just 4 weeks prior, they opened my accounts and verified it. then told me I still had to pay $250. I asked for a manager, they said she wasn't there but they would call her. they got her on the phone and I could literally hear her speaking rudely about me on the phone asking why I wasn't agreeing to pay. I asked to speak with her and told her that the price I was being charged wasn't adding up based on what I'd paid before. she then claimed that I was given a discounted price I said I was not and that when I paid $130, the price had been broken down for me and there were no discounts. i handed the phone back to the young ladies behind the counter and over heard her saying "Well either way she needs to pay $250." No one was able to breakdown the price for me, no one was willing to. my budget for my wedding lashes was $150, I ended up paying $250 and the funny thing is I called some weeks later just to test a theory and asked what the cost of lashes with Natalie was and guess what the price was? $125. Crooks. this location is run by weirdo crooks. it's 2024, I've never been back there since.

Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

She made my lashes look great. The only problem for me is that my natural lashes are fine so the lash extensions over time got too heavy to hold them upright so after a week or so they would flip and poke my eyeballs. After a few months, I decided to take a break and try to get my lashes strong before I tried extensions again. The front desk staff are amazing. Very friendly and personable. I have mostly used Mina, but have also used Rose and JoJo and they're all fabulous. I get a hybrid refill every 3 weeks for $70 before tip. The place and bathroom are very clean. Lash retention is not a problem and they're almost always on time. Only once have I waited 20-25 minutes, but for he most part I only have to wait about 5-7 minutes for them to finish they're previous client. Books up fully on the weekends, so schedule in advance.
