He takes just as good of care with his boat as he does with his clients, and is super accommodating. *The boat was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Had a microwave and stove! Lots of space on the table and seating around it. *Location of the boat was VERY CONVENIENT!! Had a parking lot with lots of space and the marina also had ice (great when you have a cooler/in need of ice for drinks). TIP: Captain Steve was really kind in offering to help us with our cooler, and offered to bring a cart/wagon to put the cooler on to make it easier to bring on the walk to where the boat is docked. *Captain Steve: Not only was he informative about the areas, but he was also a pleasure to have a conversation with. My friends and I had a fantastic experience and enjoyed our time sailing and relaxing , and will definitely sail with captain Steve again this summer!

The Captain of the boat had the audacity to reserve the ViP suite for himself, simply told us it wasn't available The hot tub jacuzzi that is on the top deck was never filled with water, the Captain told us, "it's just for show" The entire week that we were unfortunately spending on Seafarer, the bow of the boat and upper level were never once open for use, keeping everyone in our party confined to the lower level outside table... The crew was friendly, the boat was comfortable, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the bay. It's a great short cruise, perfect for families or anyone who wants to get on the water without a long commitment. They offer a variety of options including private charters, kids summer fishing camp, open boat fishing, and special themed tours. One of the tours they mentioned is the Great Gatsby tour, which is not always available. The tour guide is a book writer who has written many fiction books and has a great ability to provide interesting details that make the experience much more engaging. Overall, it was a pleasant trip. If you're in the Port Washington area, Angler Fleet is a solid choice for a bay cruise or fishing adventure. We'll definitely consider them again for longer trips or one of their special events.

Yes you are correct that the trip was scheduled last year but had to be postponed as my son fell sick. We tried to reschedule it multiple times but you declined saying the days are already booked. The ones you asked us to book showed temperatures in 108-110 ! Coming to the actual experience, all of the things you said are completely false .. almost like a fantasy story ?! What are you taking about? We paid you 500 dollars extra to travel 1/2 mile when we could see the stair at a distance but you said we couldn't get there as we were exactly 15 mins behind schedule !! We were never given any pillows any blankets by anyone never offered any at all! The girl on the boat was on her phone the entire time did not get up from her seat did not greet us even when we walked on the boat the first time .. you and her kept chatting through the entire ride ignoring us .. Also , we didn't even have water or gum on that freaking boat what mess are you talking about ??? We travelled with 4 adults aged 50 50 79 and 71 !! And they left a mess ??This is absolutely nuts !! I have pictures and videos to prove our case.. where you and the girl are sitting with her feet up not helping not talking just being rude condescending and downright racial! You were so mean that you didn't even help us carry our bags out of the boat and literally asked us to walk out with no light nothing back at the yard!
