I was not taken back for an additional 15-20 minutes (she was running late from prior appointment). Thank goodness I only booked a half leg wax. Was a bit grossed out that she used a metal spreader (looks like a cake spreader) for my legs and kept reusing in the wax. Unsure why as there were wood sticks next to the wax. Gross but I'm hoping it was my fresh wax and not used again. Certainly wouldn't have tolerated that for a bikini or other wax. The ladies were nice. The hygiene is just not up to my standards.

I think mainly because the staff was A-OK friendly but didn't seem to be all about service mindness (you know, the smiles, the bubbly small talk, the happy cheers). I did a medi pedi with gel lack and it was ok, the pampering was ok and the scrub smelled nice and all of that. The medi part was not as broad as I'd hope for, so I wouldn't return on that account. The actual painting of the nails was not super, when I got home my pinky actually lost the nail color, it just fell of. Also on most of the nails the nail color was painted on my cuticles. So, I called them back with the critic and it was no problem at all to see me the next day to correct the mistake. They fixed it pretty good and with an ok attitude, still on one of my toes (the pinky AGAIN!), the nail color was on the cuticle. This time I didn't go back. It lasted a good 3 weeks before I removed it. All and all I'm not super dissatisfied, they did (nearly) correct the mistake to satisfaction. So, I'm going back in a few weeks and will report back on the feel of it! Service over the phone is by the way excellent!

They call it the "nail champagne bar" yet the pest 3 times I've been they did not offer me any champagne. Also the past few times I've been there was a very small and sparse collection for nail polish. They have very few colors to chose from and most of them are colors I wouldn't want, like yellow. If you want a different color you have to buy it which adds another 10 euros to your bill which is already about 40 euros just for a basic manicure. They are just trying to make you spend more money. Last time I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was very rude, and condescending to me. I will probably stop going there at this point because I find the customer service to be very poor for such an expensive salon.
