I booked my appt and met with Nurse Angie - she really took her time to explain the process to me since I was so nervous for my first laser hair removal appointment. The interior of the building was pretty. Everything was clean and orderly and furnishings were beautiful. The front desk girl was nice and very patient to our needs. We were late, but she waved it off seeing as we were never told of the late policy. We did the body wraps and boy did it get HOT. it helped that the woman who worked with us, Natasha, was amazing. She was so down to earth and answered any questions you may have. She eased you into it and was always there attending to you. You lose about 1,000 calories on average with every session and it's absolutely devine! Yes, it gets hot, but it's a body wrap, lol! Natasha is always there helping you along and if it's too hot she can lower down the temp or add some towels inside to help. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes as you will get SWEATY! I first found out about this location via Groupon. I think the facials each came out to about $40, not bad! I try to get them every month so I need to find good deals. The office itself is beautiful, in the waiting area they have hot tea and skin care items to browse through. Although I never had time to browse because they always saw me right away! I had facials done by multiple people at this location and they have all been wonderful. I also had to reschedule my appointments in the past and they were very accommodating every time. As sad as I was when my Groupon facial package ended, I was pleased to find out that they sell multiple facials in a package that never expires and it too was a very reasonable deal! Let me start by saying nurse Angie is the BEST! I came here to get my Brazilian & underarm and usually I am very scared and timid but she made me feel so comfortable, with no judgement. My first facial ever and it was such a great experience. I wish I've gotten a facial sooner. But much thanks goes out to my friend Stacey for inviting me to go along with her to get a facial. This place is amazing! It's clean, very inviting, and the music they play is very soothing to the soul. I seriously didn't know what to expect. I went in knowing nothing, but I came out learning quite a bit. They offer various services such as eyebrow waxing, various facials, and laser skin treatments. Since it was my first time, they offer a discounted price, which I was super happy about it. I had Mary, and I was very impressed. She was such a sweetheart and she answered all my questions. She recommended I get this facial that I do not know how to spell, but I simply loved. It made my skin glow! She took her time and I noticed. I felt at ease and I loved everything about the facial experience. From the hot steam blowing on my face, to the herbal mineral mixture she affixed on my skin, to the facial massage...oh, I enjoyed being pampered. She even applied sunblock at the very end. I was good to go. Not only did I feel like a princess, my skin looked amazing when I was finished. The extractions did hurt a bit, but I'm a big girl, and I stuck with it. The end result was definitely worth the pain. The prices here are very reasonable and I will come back. They recommend coming once a month and they even offer packages that save you some money. I swear i love this place!! The staff is so nice. I get my facials and laser hair removal done here. For my facials i always book with mary thanks to the yelp reviews. She never disappoints. She goes above and beyond to make sure your facial needs is taken care of and she takes her time. during treatment we always have nice conversations about life which makes the extraction part more bearable so no awkward silence. before going to her i use to get little bumps on my forehead and i had stubborn acne on my cheeks which i never use to get but i guess it was from dirty makeup brushes. mary def helped me gain more confidence. i dont even wear face makeup on the weekdays anymore because she helped my skin that much. She knows her stuff! For my laser hair removal, im done with underarms and the results are great!! Little to no hair is left. Never will i have to sit in front of a mirror and strain my neck to pluck my hairs. Today i just started my brazilian, at first i was super nervous because my cousin scared me sayin it hurts. Lies! They now have 2 machines so my pits can be hair free at a moments notice!! No more wildabeasts over here! They took care of me when I went back (my visit was on the house!) for the inconvenience of having to go somewhere else when their machines were down. This place is truly amazing!! The front desk girl was sooo professional and friendly she blows my mind every time i go! But the star of this joint is Cindy!! I was a little hesitant since I loved Tammy but Cindy is my new bestie. She is VERY friendly but not in a fakey way. It is genuine and she cares that her customers leave completely satisfied. She really listens to you. I mentioned that one particular area wasn't responding to the laser treatment and she upped the laser strength but warned it might sting a lil more. I was like 'Bring IT!!' That did the trick!! I also like how she goes buckwild (no skimping here) with the numbing cream and doesn't charge for it. I don't even really feel the laser anymore. The last few times I've fallen asleep and only awoken when it was a particular stubborn lil bugger hair . In my previous reviews I neglected to mention that there is plenty of parking and their lobby is impeccable. This isn't some hole in the wall spot that you might get propositioned in. i called to get a few of my questions answered because the treatment I was looking for wasn't on their website. A girl answered and she was pleasant but she had to search for the price. For me, I feel like employees should know the pricing of treatments off the top of their head. I was inquiring if they offered a detox body wrap and the price. She informed me that an estimate is about $700!!!!! SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A BODY WRAP???? She must have been confused but I am definitely not going to find out if she was or not. read more

I called one morning when Ladybelle opened at 10am and asked for a same-day appointment. Luckily, they had an opening at 11am. I was lucky to have met Mary that day. She changed my life! When I arrived, Mary greeted me right away. I filled out a sheet and she took me in to change. The little tube dress was so cute and the blanket and bed are comfy. The extractions were painful, but she spent a lot of time trying to get all of the whiteheads out of my nose. She knew it was painful for me, but both Mary & I thought about it as something not many places would do. She is very gentle and soothing. I used the $25 coupon for the Ladybelle signature facial only for first time customers (found on the website) and I cannot imagine a better deal. The regular prices are still cheaper than many places. The clinic is so modern and clean even though it is Vietnamese-owned. I recommend getting the 6 pack pre-paid membership. read more

Used their groupon deal for microdermabrasion with a pumpkin peel add on for 45$ which is a bit expensive. I would only recommend this place if you plan to buy their package deal. Otherwise, for student who want to get a facial, this place quite pricey. Will come back for the microdermabrasion only to finish the groupon deal. I posted this review before but for some technical reason it has been removed. My recommendation has not change at all. This place is simply amazing!! I came to Lady Belle Clinic as a last resort after some very serious convincing on behalf of my mom; she has a few friends whom had great success with them in the past. I had serve adult acne and try nearly everything that was out there (proactive, muard, acnefree, etc) and nothing was working. I started to accept that this is how I'm going to look like for the rest of my life. My first visit there, I was very apprehensive and unconvinced that they were going to be able to change the condition of my skin but decided to go thru with it anyways because I wanted to prove to my mom what a waste of time it was when I saw no improvement. The clinic itself is very clean, chic, and welcoming. They have very comfy blankets and wraps that you use when you're there. The calming music makes you feel like you're in a swanky spa. The staff is simply AMAZING! From the owner of the establishment, who never fails to ask me personally about my experience and my progress; to the estheticians whom take care of me from the moment I walk into the door. This may be my bias option but MARY is a God sent. She has taken me under her wings and cared for me like an injured creature. Her technique, personality, and grace have me looking forward to seeing her every other week, and yes this includes the painful extraction. I ALWAYS feel safe and cared for in her hands. The pricing that Lady Belle has is unbeatable. They often say that you get what you pay for, but in this case, you get so so much more than what you pay for!! But please don't raise your price!! If you looking for a bigger savings. Ask them about their membership program, I'm currently on my 2nd cycle and I'm sure I will continue to renew. I was going to call the manager about ALL the complaints I have about this place. Instead I have decided to Yelp Lady Belle. Because once my membership is over I will not be coming back. I have been going to Lady Belle for about a year. I love getting facials from Mary. She is so amazing & my skin always feels super fresh after I see her. My complaint is on the other staff & the prices. One time when I was getting a facial I had a man walk in twice & open the door. I have no idea if he is the owner but either way I felt violated. I thought that was so unprofessional. When I walked in last weekend to get my facial the receptionist decided to tell me the the pumpkin facial is now 35$ more on top of the membership price I already got. Even though one month prior she told me it would only be 10$ more. How annoying that I would not be notified before coming in OR honor the people that have already bought membership prices until it ends or expires. I love the service here so much. Ms. Loan and staff are super nice to me. Their facial skin care are as the same as many places but the practitioner Ms. Loan is very professional and high-skilled. My acne becomes a lot less than before. Price is competitive. I pretty much pay 45$/1.15hrs plus tips for facial service. They offer a Yelp deal which is $50 for $75 worth of service(s)... such a great deal! The ladies who work the front desk are always inviting and helpful. They are very professional and quick to assist. They always call hours before your appointment as a friendly reminder, and are very accommodating if you need to re-book last minute. For all four sessions, I had Mubina. She makes sure you're comfortable and relaxed before she begins. Laser hair removal with Mubina - love her! Super sweet and great customer service. So far I've done 2 sessions for Brazilian and 1 session for underarms. Sessions need to be scheduled every 4-6 weeks. Mubina is only there Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Of course it hurts but is totally worth it! She will give you an ice pack to numb the area at no extra charge. Make sure to shave the area before your appointment! read more

I. absolutely. hate. hair. but unfortunately, evolution determined furry was more advantageous in my family line. Then my friend Peter kept making fun of my 'stache so I decided it was time to get back under the laser. Most of the places offering groupon deals had really poor reviews on yelp so luckily I found LadyBelle Medical Spa, which happened to have a yelp deal $50 for $75 worth of services. I called because their website didn't have information about laser hair removal prices and turns out they just happened to be offering 50% off on all laser removal services! I booked for their one of two availability for the day and everything was smooth sailing from there. Place was clean and looked professional, located in a fairly large plaza with plenty of parking. Mubini was genuinely friendly and kept me at ease. When I asked for numbing cream, she said I really didn't need it but allowed me to use an icepack. I've had my bikini line done before at another place with the same machine and I'd heard that line before... so I insisted on getting something. But she was right... I probably would've survived without the ice pack but I think it did help. There was nearly no pain at all even on sensitive areas It I wasn't leaving the country I'd get a longer-term groupon deal with them and come back until i've zapped off each and every pesky weed Keep fighting those hairs one body part at a time! read more

I've been coming for laser hair removal for a couple years now, but in the last about 10 months, they have changed their availability (which I just learned changes on a weekly basis). It's not easy to schedule an appointment (I go all the way from LA because they're so great), but their lack of availability/odd days available make me reconsider my loyalty to them.
