Best of the best JENNY. This is the place to go when you need to get your nails done. Not only are the ladies sweet but the designs are A+. Never coming back. I've been to this place two other times and I've had somewhat pleasant experiences. Not to mention I believe we're pretty generous with our tip as well. They are busy because they have low prices. They NEVER pick up the phone. We try to call for an appointment for Saturday starting on Thursday and no one picked up the phone. They finally pick up on Friday and the call lasted for 39 seconds. We booked the appointment. Comes the day, we arrive the receptionist says our name is not on the appointment so we will have to wait. The lady insisted that it is our fault that our name isn't on the appointment. She said that she understands we called, but our name is not on the appointment, so she cannot get us in for our appointment time. She started to raise her voice and walked away without a solution. I did not mind if we had to wait 30 mins as they were busy, but she had tried to blame us for not having our name on their appointment book. It does not make sense as to why we have to suffer the consequences of their unprofessionalism. read more

Completely unprofessional!! Please avoid at all costs. I called ahead and made a reservation, only to show up at my appointment time and be told that the person I booked with "doesn't work there." No apology, no effort to accommodate me, just a suggestion to come back on Friday when she supposedly works. As if rearranging my entire schedule is a reasonable solution. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly saying "I don't know, I don't know, that person not here" with zero attempt to make things right. To make it worse, they were rolling their eyes and making rude comments in Vietnamese, not realizing I understood every single word. This level of disorganization and disrespect is unacceptable. If you can't keep track of your own appointments or treat customers with basic dignity, you don't deserve their business. LOVE this place. Prices are affordable, attention to detail is superb, parking and access are easy. There's usually a short wait, but for good reason! They don't have any special luxurious packages for their pedicures, but I feel like those don't really do much anyways. I care more about cuticle/callus removal, and overall gel application. It only cost $28 today for all that including my previous gel removal! Unbeatable!!!!! This is definitely my new go-to spot. Will be back soon! read more

The ladies are very sweet here! I have been coming for the past 15 years. My coworker from over a decade ago brought me one time and I have always come back! I'm thankful for her taking me. Gel pedicures are now $25. It used to be $12 back then AGES ago haha. Regular pedicures are $20. Simple gel only manicures (no cuticle cut, massage etc) are $20. It used to be $10 back in the day. It's okay, it's obviously still well worth it. The massage is very comforting. If you need a nude relaxing spot after work or on your day off, get a pedicure from one of these ladies! Everyone is very friendly and smiley upon entering. You can call to make an appt. The wait can be long if you don't. I usually do walk-ins, and I'm fine with waiting. Sometimes I only wait 10 mins! I also don't have a preference of which person I get. They all do a good job. read more

Desperately needed to remove my current manicure and pedicure set. Parking: There's a large parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space. It's actually clean inside. I visited right when they opened, so I hopefully could get lucky walking in. They were busy after opening, even on a Thursday, so I highly recommend making an appointment via phone call. Service: I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to accommodate me! I was greeted and seated immediately. Cindy did my nails, and she was gentle, quick, & efficient! My did my pedicure, and she was also gentle. Everyone speaks English and Vietnamese. They have an accent, but you can still understand them. Mani/Pedi: I came in for a new manicure set and regular pedicure. Cindy convinced me to do a gel x set because it's more healthier for my natural nails. This is my second time doing a gel x set. I'm not really a fan of gel x due to my horrible first experience (at another salon) lol .. but Cindy did this set so quick! The shaping could use some work, but still looks good. I asked for a square with a half moon curve. The square shape was perfect, of course. The curve was okay. My did my pedicure, and she cleaned up my toes very well and cut them down as requested. She also applied lotion into my legs and scrubbed my feet. Pricing: $60 before tip ($40 gel x set + $20 pedicure). So affordable! Will be back for my next set! read more

The second time I went back, I did walk-in around 10 am on Friday. They were able to take me right away, but this time i think I realized that some nail tech are not really a detail-oriented. So I recommend making an appointment with a specific nail tech if you ever find one that you like! I did builders gel and French and the bill was about $50 read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years. I'm a regular every two weeks since I was 16 and I'm now 27. I've always loved this place. Tam (the usual one that is at front desk) and all the nail techs are amazing and I've brought so many friends and family here over the years. Sadly today was my last visit and it's because of who I believe is the owner. Every time she's here, the vibe completely shifts. The workers don't laugh, smile, or talk it's tense and uncomfortable, and today I finally experienced why. I came in around 5pm and was asked what I wanted. I said dip, which is what I always say and what I always get meaning remove my current dip set and redo it. I was seated right away, showed my nail tech the design, picked colors, and everything was going well. When I got up to wash my hands, the owner approached me and accused me of lying, saying I told her I only wanted a take off. That was not true. She then told me I would have to come back another day to finish my half done set. Anyone who gets dip or gel knows your natural nails are extremely brittle once the process starts and there was no way my nails would last overnight without breaking. I was too uncomfortable to argue, paid $20, and left in tears. When my boyfriend went back inside to ask what happened, the owner called me a liar in front of the entire salon and asked customers and workers if they heard what I said. Everyone stayed silent. She offered to pull up the cameras, I agreed, and then she suddenly refused to show them and changed the subject. I understand misunderstandings happen, but I work in customer service management and this could have been handled respectfully. Instead I was embarrassed and made to feel small. It breaks my heart to walk away after a decade because the workers are wonderful, but leadership matters and the environment completely changes when she is there. and scrolling the other one star reviews and I see that the owner is the common denominator in most of them. I write all this sitting at a new nail salon. I really hope she goes home and reviews the cameras to realize that she was wrong, though regardless of the camera footage, this is not how you treat a customer. update the cameras were reviewed and i was right, she misheard me. not that it even matters, because as i said, regardless of the footage, no one should be treated like this. tam reached out to me and apologized for my experience, i'm truly grateful for him, a very kind soul. while i won't be returning, i do wish this business the best. the nail techs here do good work and the prices are on the cheaper side. i hope anyone who visits the salon doesn't come on a day when the owner is working, so they can really see how lively and pleasant the store can be. read more
