I've gone here for nearly 3 years and I'm aware and accepting of the fact that they are busy due to their low prices. However, while I've continued to go back and varying experiences each time, including a time where the tech ripped my toenail off but tried to simply say that it "fell off". I'm sad to say this was the final time they'll receive my business. I've observed several times that they request you pay cash, which is fine, I get it. Although, often when I'm in there older clientele will pay via card without issue while haggling the younger payees. Today, I did not have cash on me. After my service, I went to the counter and was quoted my total of $63. I politely pulled out my credit card and asked that she round the total up to account for tips. At this she took my card and turned to the woman sitting at the nail table beside the counter (I think seeking approval to charge my card?) and exchanged quick worlds before turning back to me before demanding that I pay via Venmo or Zelle. I stated I have neither of these payment methods. She then pushed further and said that I could leave to go get cash and pay upon my return. I explained this is not an option because I have another appointment that I need to get to, once again reiterating that I want to use my card. She gave me a big huff and said that next time I need to bring cash. I felt accosted and their demands came off extremely disrespectful. If you're looking for cheap services, this is the place. If it's for anything besides that, go somewhere else. The client experience is not a priority here which is such a disappointment given the volume they receive. So unfortunate. read more

I will always find something wrong with the shape , how one nail is slightly longer than the other one , how the French is off by a centimeter , I'm really bad . When asked again, because double the amount had passed and they took someone else in who checked in after me, I was told I needed to be patient and to just wait. I'm very particular and always get the same thing: white gel pedicure, squoval-shaped, short, and I can always count on Amy to do it so swiftly and perfectly every single time. She listens to exactly what I want+ she's warm, friendly, accommodating, highly professional, and my toes always come out looking so clean and nice.) My boyfriend thinks so too haha.) I've tried a lot of nail salons, and genuinely, this is the only place I've ever come back to and will only come back to. Everyone here is great, but if you come in, definitely ask for Amy! I showed the girl an inspo which is simple a pink base with french and she didn't even let me pick the color she picked it on her own without confirming if I was okay with it. also the french she said she couldn't make it like the inspo but always leave them like any other salon- ugly. my nails are in pain due to the cuts, I even said ouch when she tried to cut a "hang nail" which was my skin! to top it off I did a zelle payment as she's looking at me do it and confirm the name to pay she said okay and when I hit all done she had the nerve to ask for proof! she was right next to me and I completed the transaction. read more

Best of the best JENNY. This is the place to go when you need to get your nails done. Not only are the ladies sweet but the designs are A+. I love crazy & intricate designs but never have the 3-4hrs it takes to do these styles. Thank goodness I have someone like Jenny to help me achieve the look I'm going for. Go for Jenny for Gel-X. Shop is located in the plaza with Smart and Final. Lots of parking but it gets packed infront. Came in for a quick pedi. It took about 45 minutes. $20 for regular pedi and $5 for gel color removal. They have a huge color selection. The colors are organized in a nice booklet at the front now instead of those rings. I saw the dip pricing is a little cheaper than other places so might come back to see how they do. read more

Never coming back. I've been to this place two other times and I've had somewhat pleasant experiences. Not to mention I believe we're pretty generous with our tip as well. They are busy because they have low prices. They NEVER pick up the phone. We try to call for an appointment for Saturday starting on Thursday and no one picked up the phone. They finally pick up on Friday and the call lasted for 39 seconds. We booked the appointment. Comes the day, we arrive the receptionist says our name is not on the appointment so we will have to wait. The lady insisted that it is our fault that our name isn't on the appointment. She said that she understands we called, but our name is not on the appointment, so she cannot get us in for our appointment time. She started to raise her voice and walked away without a solution. I did not mind if we had to wait 30 mins as they were busy, but she had tried to blame us for not having our name on their appointment book. It does not make sense as to why we have to suffer the consequences of their unprofessionalism. read more

I went in for a walk in appointment and when I askef for square nails the artist said she didnt have square, I told her it was okay but I didnt want another shape so I would leave, she went to the back grabbed some nails and told me they were square and to stay, After shaping I realized they got really skinny from the base and some were crooked, she told me they wherent and they switched the artist. when it was decided to remove the nails the new artist barely took them off and called it a day, I had to bite my nails to show her that there was still unremoved nail to have her continue, they didnt charge me which I appreciate but my nails were left in horrible condition. read more

Desperately needed to remove my current manicure and pedicure set. Parking: There's a large parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space. It's actually clean inside. I visited right when they opened, so I hopefully could get lucky walking in. They were busy after opening, even on a Thursday, so I highly recommend making an appointment via phone call. Service: I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to accommodate me! I was greeted and seated immediately. Cindy did my nails, and she was gentle, quick, & efficient! My did my pedicure, and she was also gentle. Everyone speaks English and Vietnamese. They have an accent, but you can still understand them. Mani/Pedi: I came in for a new manicure set and regular pedicure. Cindy convinced me to do a gel x set because it's more healthier for my natural nails. This is my second time doing a gel x set. I'm not really a fan of gel x due to my horrible first experience (at another salon) lol .. but Cindy did this set so quick! The shaping could use some work, but still looks good. I asked for a square with a half moon curve. The square shape was perfect, of course. The curve was okay. My did my pedicure, and she cleaned up my toes very well and cut them down as requested. She also applied lotion into my legs and scrubbed my feet. Pricing: $60 before tip ($40 gel x set + $20 pedicure). So affordable! Will be back for my next set! read more

LOVE this place. Prices are affordable, attention to detail is superb, parking and access are easy. There's usually a short wait, but for good reason! They don't have any special luxurious packages for their pedicures, but I feel like those don't really do much anyways. I care more about cuticle/callus removal, and overall gel application.
