I found this not to be the case. She skipped important areas such as master bathroom vanities, the kitchen hood, the wood floors, and had to be asked to straighten a little, such as couch pillows, fold throw blankets, straighten bedspread etc. I have 2 guest rooms and I told her she didn't need to address them each time, so she could focus on the busy common areas, but she NEVER did them at all. I assumed she would check them for dust and straighten the bedspread a little since the dogs go in the room and lay on the beds sometimes. But, nope. When I hired her, I asked her to clean like she would her own home, addressing all the areas and asked her to clean the dog nose print windows (but she never did the windows like I asked). She charges $35 per hour and does not produce the overall quality one would hope for after insisting she come for 4 hours per visit. When I communicated to her that I was disappointed that she did not clean the master bathroom while I was on vacation and asked how we can fix this, she told me I can find a new cleaner. I am not sure how this is cleaning done MY WAY. How terribly rude. Someone who cleans homes for a living (and is a psychic apparently as well) should understand that certain areas should be wiped down each visit, unlike dusting baseboards, for example, (which can be done once per month). She told me I did not specify that I wanted the master bathroom counters cleaned, but I am confused on why someone should have to communicate a basic cleaning task that every homeowner would want to be completed each visit. If you found my review, perhaps you came across her ad in one of the local circulars and you are looking for an honest review to see if she actually is a "great cleaner" as her advertisement claims. In my experience, the quality does NOT at all match what she charges. She insisted on being paid in cash (which I don't do since income should be reported properly) but she did take a check when I said I that's how I'll pay. She was very slow at cleaning and did not get much done in the 4 hour time block she had. She came to my home and each visit was pretty disappointing. Skip this person and hire someone else! I don't know what she did other than dust one time, clean the wood floors once, and vacuum the carpet in my home. She had zero interest in making sure I was happy with what she accomplished within the 3 visits she spent in my home. Way overpaid and low, low quality of service.

She went from her chair behind the counter, pointed out the table with jewelry walking away from me to the bookshelf where she started to browse the books. The only thing I could think of was she was looking for a crystal book to assist? She did not though. I selected a gorgeous honey Amber necklace and three bracelets, next stones. If you've never been here before you learn that the stones call YOU. I have many examples of this happening to me and today was no exception. Then over to the incense area for a few boxes to stock up the house. I spent over $100 which seemed to make the woman happy, she had to do the bare minimum to make this sale. I do miss the women who've worked here who jump in and ask if they can help, stay available for any questions and are super happy you came in. Maybe she was having an off day, don't we all. On the minus side the variety once offered is no longer the case, seems like the whole thing has been scaled back considerably. I will now have to make my way up to the Freeport location and see what if anything has changed there. Happy they are still in our community.

She listed off all of her services in which we were just going to get the hand reading (ranging from $20-$350). Then she proposed the tarot cards as a more in-depth and meaningful service. She had me shuffle while making two wishes. 6 cards were instantly dealt with giving me an instant run down about my work ethic, career, energy of my love life, and how I need to get the negative energy clarified from me to be truly happy. She even gave me her cell number to reach out, which I don't think I will. I was hoping she was going to place out and interpret each card especially because the 10 min session cost $40. Definitely rushed and certain statements were just so vague they had to be said to every person who walks through the door. Don't think I will be coming back.
