My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side. I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning. I was thrilled that she fit me in for this session; she worked on me for about 30 minutes, bringing to my attention some underlying emotional aspects that can "speak" through this area of the back.
