I was assured that they would do an amazing job. My boyfriend met the cleaner at the home on Saturday morning. She had very few cleaning supplies and told him she needed to go purchase supplies. He walked her through the home and explained what needed to be done, reiterating to her that this was a move out clean and we really needed her to do a good job. We live 1/2 hr away from this home now, so we asked that she lock the door when she is done cleaning and we would check on the cleaning job the next morning. When he got to the home the next morning, she had left garbage bags full of stuff inside the front door, some of her cleaning supplies were left there as well. She left comet or something sprinkled in the primary bathroom shower and didn't scrub the shower or even wash down the powder. None of the rooms were clean, the baseboards and fans weren't wiped down, the floor looked swept, but not mopped. The one room that had carpet wasn't vacuumed. We found out that she used dollar store cleaning supplies for a job I paid almost $400 to have cleaned. Basically, the job was nowhere near complete. I called the owner and let her know how unhappy I was with the quality of the work. She had the same girl come out to re-do the job. This meant that my boyfriend and I had to make 2 round trips into town that we shouldn't have had to make. At the end of the day, the house was clean enough, but it was not worth the almost $400 that it cost me. When the owner called me to ask how it went, there was no offer of any kind of discount for the inconvenience. It's disappointing that she wouldn't even offer to cover our gas for the trips into town because of the terrible work her employee produced. We did get a semi-clean house, but I would definitely not use this company in the future or recommend to anybody else. Edited to respond to the business: you did send the same cleaner back the day I complained about her work. She was supposed to contact us an hour before she was finished so we could travel from our home to the rental to do the walkthrough. We were texted 15 mins prior to her being finished and it takes us 1/2 hr to get to the home. We were told she had to leave by 4:15pm which meant she would have to leave right when we got to the house. As I told you over the phone and expressed in my original review, the house was "clean enough" or "passable", but was not as clean as I would have liked. I was honest with you on the phone that I still wasn't 100% pleased with the job. I had to hand over the keys the next day so there was nothing I could do about it. You said something yo the effect of thanks for the feedback, I'm going to charge your card now. There wasn't much more to say at that point. As for the garbage bags, it was the trash she created from her cleaning, not things that we left onsite. We disposed of them, but you may want to let customers know that they will need to have trash service when the cleaning is complete to dispose of the paper towels and such that the cleaners use.

I was unexpectedly removed from the schedule with no communication, missed a cleaning entirely, and had to chase them down just to get back on the calendar. I was later told they are understaffed in the Orlando area, which explains a lot--but that shouldn't come at the expense of your customers. The only time they could offer me was a Friday at 4 PM, which is far from ideal. After going an entire month without a cleaning, someone finally came out--but the quality of the service was disappointing. My master shower was clearly not properly cleaned (only the glass doors were done), and several windows were left visibly dirty. I called immediately and was told to text photos, which I did. I received a response saying their quality manager would be reaching out "shortly" to address the situation. That was at 9 AM. It's now nearly 12 hours later, and I have received no follow-up whatsoever--no call, text, or email. I am also a local realtor, and my clients frequently ask for recommendations for trusted service providers. I was really hoping this would be a company I could confidently refer, but unfortunately, that is not the case. The lack of communication, accountability, and consistency is unacceptable. At this point, it's clear this company does not prioritize their customers or stand behind their service. I would not recommend.
