I can't believe all the negative reviews here. This is a classic building folks, an architecture gem. Designed by Mies Van Der Rohe, in the Lafayette Park area. There's a fun park for the kids next to the West tower. The Detroit Riverfront is just four blocks away, can't beat that. Greektown the other way, also four blocks. I go walk almost every evening, I feel like I'm on vacation. I rented one of the upper floors, therefore the view to the river and to Windsor are phenomenal. Yes, the building is a little old, but that's what makes it charming, a classic. Moving here was seamless. Gabriel and his team did a great job with communicating with me prior to my move to Detroit. The lease agreement was fair, everything was explained thoroughly and I'm loving my stay here. Sure, the suburbs are nice, but there's nothing like downtown D-town! read more

15Dec2022 update....nothing has changed. I feel like a moron living here as long as I have. The property was having work done and cut the internet lines to apartments ending in a 7 or 8 in the east building....it's now been over 3 days without any internet and the leasing office does not have a ETA!!! This along with the fact that they've allowed 1 of the 2 treadmills for the entire building to be broken for A YEAR is proof they don't care!!! I stopped in a couple months back and begged them to fix is before the winter because if the one good treadmill is in use, the alternative to waiting is to walk across to other building in the freezing cold. Oh, they also overcharged me rent for Dec 2022...two weeks later and still no reimbursement. 3 good things about this place, maintenance staff, views and pool. Current resident here & here is the scoop -- The buildings are clean & pest control comes regularly--only way that someone could have a bug problem is if they themselves are dirty. Elevators and basement floors could stand to be kept up a bit better for appearances but its a busy building. The apartments are also beautiful even though most of them need some updating--kitchen/bathroom cabinets/counters are very dated and AC units are so old only 1 out of 3 in my apartment work. I've requested maintenance twice to look at the broken units and both times they said there was nothing wrong with them even though one is so loud you you cant hear yourself think and the other one just blows around hot air. There is no air in the halls either so you'll sweat off your makeup before you make it downstairs. The free WIFI that's advertised is a total scam--I think they are working on a way to change that but for now the internet almost never works esp. during peak hours. Be prepared to purchase your own. Security does almost nothing. Cars in not only the guest lot but the main parking lot (which they make you pay for) still get stolen/broken into. They fired the old guy that lowkey did the most work/was the most friendly. All these young kids they hire just play on their phones all day barely looking up, useless. The grouchy security guard that works in West tower was God-awful when I first moved in. Constant rude/snarky comments. My guests always made comments about how intolerable she was to them upon their arrival & she once made my neighbor wait 30 minutes to get into her storage unit for no reason. Lately it seems she's gotten better but its borderline fake nice--you cant tell if she's being sincere or if she just hates her life cause of the people she works with--who knows. Workout equipment is in really rough shape--most of the machines are broken and there's duct tape on them as "repairs" Other things to note--they are older buildings so elevators have had to be repaired multiple times in the year that ive lived there, same with the pool & they also closed down the lobby for a week and when it reopened there were these terribly cheap looking front desks installed that look like they have been covered in a paper sack and the one in the East building is a hazard because the desk wasn't even fully built. read more

Leaving a second review so it's clear to everyone just how horrible this place is. Not only is the management team incompetent, unorganized, lazy and rude, but the apartments themselves are ANCIENT. The units don't have a dishwasher or washer and dryer, so you will have to travel all the way to the basement to do your laundry where half the machines are down on most given days. You have no control over the temperature in the apartment. In the winter they keep the heat EXTREMELY high and in the summer months you will have to use an old LOUD ac unit that breaks constantly. Elevators break constantly so sometimes you will wait as long as 10 minutes just to get downstairs. Carpets in the hallways are dirty and disgusting and maintenance requests take MONTHS. We waited 9 months for them to fix our bathroom door and before we moved Lufita Johnson ( or whatever her name is) told us that she's not worried about fixing the door now, how unprofessional! We moved out of our apartment on 9th of august after being informed on July 12th that they would not allow us to renew our lease ( for reasons which they have still not told us) and now our account says we owe $1500 for the month of august when we lived there for 9 days! Mind you our lease was up at the end of JULY. These people are crooks. However I would personally like to thank Laquita Johnson for encouraging us to find a much nicer place in Detroit to live. In short: sincerely the worst place, by far, I have ever rented. Sincerely. Office staff does not care once you sign. They make excuses for hostile and such disrespectful behavior of the security. Security is always changing so there is always someone new harassing me and hence no accountability for the harassment. Sorry for long explanation but its important you understand I am not exaggerating my experience. I moved here to be near my friend who also moved to area at the same time, stayed for a year and it have me such anxiety living there. I wrote a letter when i left and it still bothers me the level of hostility, incompetence, and disrespect. The guards are extremely rude; hitting on me, harassing me, stealing packages. And they are always changing so the new ones will not recognize me and will constantly stop me and expect me to give all sorts of documents for simply walking up to get into my building as a pedestrian. (I was west tower). One of security staff picked me out of a whole crowd of people at the pool at the beginning of his shift (i was already at the pool when he started), and was verbally hostile, abusive, and literally threatening me in front of everyone demanding i show him proof of living there to continue using the pool. Notice a pattern yet? Always needing to prove i live there, just for being there or walking around? Even people at pool eventually said something to him after hearing him rail at me for 10 minutes (i was refusing to walk anywhere with him or leave out the pool of principle, we should not fear the staff being paid to monitor/protect us). The staff in the office are even worse. If you think, well just report the security staff to the main office and someone will look out for your well being since your rent pays the salary for the security company. Nope. They back them up. On a separate incident, I was denied entrance to the pool by the head of the office, the very same person who signed me up, while holding a picture ID, because i didn't have the new pool bracelet (it was the weekend and office was closed and she was sitting by the pool). My same friend and one other who worked with us were given parking in parking lot, but not me. When we first started I was told there was a very long waiting, and it would be years before they could get to me. Yet he got it and he started same time. It was favoritism. I expressed my experiences to them, always in a mature adult fashion; and my friend didn't. The staff also would not do simple things like listen to your voicemail or call you back. There is no communication between them either. I have simply never seen staff care so little, do so little, or have so little accountability. There is no way to improve your living situation, no one to complain to, no one to turn to; they do not care. They do not improve when you ask or point out problems you are facing. The location and possible view (depend on unit) do not make up for the anxiety you will have knowing you can be attacked any given moment and there will not be justice. read more

The last review about this location is absolutely 100% true. We co-leased this apartment for my daughter and the management is terrible and unprofessional. Imagine your child calling you screaming and crying after running down multiple flight of stairs through a smoke filled stairwell due to a fire a few floors down. I wanted her to move then after learning she wasn't alerted about the fire until she smelled smoke while getting ready for work. Soon after that incident, there was another fire. Run don't walk from this place. I am so happy she found a much nicer place downtown to live where management not only respects hard working tenants but has wonderful customer service. Stove is electric. - Cannot regulate your apartment temperature. The pro is your electric bill will always be low (except for summertime AC). The con is wintertime can be brisk. - Indoor fitness facility. sub par at best. management is rather poor. building amenities are horrible including the workout eqiptment and laundry room washers and dryers are older and often times a few are out of order the same time. the community space closes at 5PM 24 hr security isn't really helpful. cars still get broken into and stolen. from the property guest lot and resident lots. the package process is a hassle. outragously strict for such poor general management. pool rules include no floaties even though it's 8 ft deep so the shallow end ks usually overcrowded. AC is as loud as everyone says it is and old. wifi has been a striggle because of how old the cables are. don't bother emailing the office they don't even have the basic decency to respond to emails and change/make up fees and rules as they go. only good part is it's location and it's not dirty. read more

Well, time for another update. This shall be my last as we'll hopefully be gone by the years end. My husband and I just received our lease renewal agreement; we had talked about staying at the towers for another year before we bought a house. They raised our rent by $225/month. When I told my friends that we were going to need help moving because of the rent hike they thought I was joking when I told them how much it was. Then a lot of them asked if that was even legal. (It is. It's douchey as f***, but legal.). This is on top of the $90 that they raised rent last year. This year they didn't open the pool until mid-July. I had multiple air conditioning issues that took on average 3 calls to the office for each issue to repair. I had my cat designated as a emotional service animal due to my legitimate crazy, doing this takes away the pet fee. I turned in all of the proper medical paperwork (letter from my licensed mental health professional regarding my almost lifelong struggle with major depression and anxiety disorder) but it wasn't good enough for them and I had to fill out more. When I didn't get the paperwork back to them in two weeks (I couldn't get to my doctor during that time) they sent a letter from their lawyers saying I was in breach of my lease by not paying the pet fee. Really?!?!?! Really? You want to start s*** because my doctors note isn't to your liking? It was some real petty stuff. Stay away. Find someplace else with less bull**** and a property manager that isn't sh****. read more

UPDATE: 1- 2 weeks with no carts for residents to bring up groceries and other things. 2- my packages were given to another residents even though we are required to provide ID 3-security was yelling and hitting the table around a week ago for a guest not having ID. 4- If you want to be in prison this is the place. 5- i call the office for the past week noone has answered my phone calls. 6- its January and my unit is freezing, i called the office and they told me maintenance will come to isolate leaving me no place to air out. I was forces to remove their sticker isolation (what a joke) from one window so i can get some fresh air when i cook or when i want. And im forces to put a blanket or something to block cold air. They are not responsible for anything stolen off of your car in their lot that costs $55 a month to park at (someone stole my catalytic converter). You are better off parking on the street and using that money to pay for a repair if someone steals your stuff. Overall, I like living here but management is not pleasant to work with. Downtown is close and there is a nearby park (tennis/ playground/ hammocking) and the Dequindre Cut. If you like nature and being active, the location is wonderful. Security- Nice but don't actually guard anything. They ask if you are a resident almost every time you try to walk by and that's it. Gym- always very clean Package pick up- has always been safe and smooth for me. Room- love my room but it is hard to regulate temperature Elevators- break down occasionally. Has not been a huge inconvenience for me. Cleanliness- vacuuming frequently, outside widow cleaning yearly, and painting kept up in the halls. Building is clean Laundry- machines sometimes stain your clothes if someone used bleach or something before you which is very inconvenient. Safety- I have always felt safe inside the apartment and walking around but there are huge problems with stealing parts off of cars in the lot. The structure is more expensive and there is always a waitlist but that might be more secure. Maintenance- Every time I have submitted a request they have helped me within a day. Very prompt. Bike racks- they need more in the structure because the racks are full. I am a medical student, love the location and my apartment, and I would recommend it. This place is awful. If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. First, the application process was confusing and I had to fill it out THREE TIMES. We agreed on a move-in date of July 1st and was called weeks later asking me to move in June 26th, and essentially they couldn't hold the apartment until the 1st. So, we were forced to move in early or else there was the potential we didn't have an apartment. We had to harass management about specific details of the apartment and they couldn't tell us simple things like what the floors like. Additionally, they would not let us see the apartment BEFORE the lease signing day, which is shady and problematic. They want to pressure you into signing a lease on a space you aren't satisfied with!!Then they call two days before move-in saying my apartment wouldn't be ready!!! Now let's talk about move-in day. This whole three month process they claimed that the apartments look exactly the same. We go up to look at the apartment and it is SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER. The closet can fit five shirts if that, and the apartment was two feet smaller than the ones they had been showing us. In a studio, this is a significant amount of space!! Lita Johnson aka the rudest, most incompetent manager was unable to give us a discounted rate for the smaller space. Essentially, I walked into Lafayette Towers and walked myself out. Lita Johnson and management are the most incompetent, rudest people I have ever met. They don't care about you having a nice place to live. They just want your money and will pressure you into signing a lease you don't want. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T LIVE HERE. read more

Maintenance is worthless. My toilet leaked. They came to fix it. It started leaking again, so I tried to explain that the wax seal needed replacing, and they just caulked it again. I had all the same problems as other residents with vents and heat controls, but was lucky enough to have the mechanical aptitude to deal with it myself. I was able to fix or tighten the heat control knobs, and winterized the vents to keep the winter wind out. The windows leaked the first week I was there during a big storm. They resealed all the windows after that. Then the heat broke. Had to buy an electric heater to keep my place at 60° for a week! My apartment had three AC units. Never had all three working at once. They "fixed" one by removing it, dumping water all over my carpet, and scraping the walls in the process. Management is ignorant. If you're a fan of mid century minimalism this place will make you cringe. Or vomit. The management has absolutely no concept of architecture, or the Towers' potential. Tacky purple flags out front and blue signs litter the property. Classic benches were removed from the lobby, as were, I'm told, original pocket doors from the units' kitchenettes. And those decals. Those hideous stickers. Please stop. You don't know what you're doing, let the professionals handle this. They make it very difficult to move anything using the elevators, or have cable installed or fixed. I used the pool once. Then it was closed for over a year. It was still closed when I moved. I lived in these apartments for 3 years in 2 different units. the staff will stop caring once you sign the lease The building is full of roaches- after setting roach traps in our stall shower we figured out they were coming from the drain (plumbing)- its enough to make your skin crawl Pool was nice when it was actually open they keep raising the rent- when i moved in in 2012 I paid 760 for a 1 bedroom, 2013 our lease renewal was 835 (plus 15 dollars a car to park in BFE- the lot is not secure either) in 2014 they wanted to raise our rent for our one bedroom too over 900. so we opted for a 2 bedroom with a dishwasher instead at 960. 2014-2015 was my last year in the towers- the building was bought out of Foreclosure and the new owner has made very few repairs and is more focused on making the place look good then really getting to the deep problems. The benefit is the location, most of the neighbors were nice- a few weirdos though. The no dog rule seems to only apply to certain residents, and security is friendly but rarely at the front desk. Office staff is intolerable- I hated dealing with them- they would talk in circles and never wanted to help. additionally in the 3 years I lived here there was constantly small kitchen fires, and one incident with someone throwing a cigarette or blunt in a community trash in the incinerator closet. I never felt the building was up to code for fires considering we had them all the time and even one which set off the sprinklers 3 floors below me did not set off our fire alarms to alert us. Its not all bad- but given the recent spike in rental properties in the last few years in the area I think there are much better options present day. its a beautiful building with a ton of potential, one might hope the current owner will loose it to foreclosure so HUD can take over again- they did a much better job maintaining the property. read more

This is a pretty great apartment building, but the security process is nuts. My problem is this: Why do guests need to go outside and check in at the gatehouse once they are already inside? Why can't they just sign in at the front desk? And then once they go out and back in, they still have to check in at the front desk? It is freezing outside, and the gatehouse is not suitable for guests on foot. This makes a horrible first impression for visitors and does not make sense in general. read more

Just to update as I moved out of Lafayette Towers this weekend - finally! Since my last review they did change security services to a different company. The desk usually has someone now and they're still friendly as always. Management is still lacking in customer service skills and overall communication with residents and with internal staff. When it was time to renew my lease they left my renewal packet on my doorstep. It had my social security number and other private information for anyone to steal. Why they didn't put it in my mailbox or at bare minimum slide it under the door!?! Unacceptable when private information is involved - that's real estate 101. I was called exactly 4 times to see if I would renew in one week alone. When I said no, and gave my many reasons why I wasn't given any explanation for my grievances. Example: "The pool was closed all summer and no notification of why was given and when I asked why I was told it was being repaired but no one was ever out there repairing things, ever." Instead of an explanation of why the pool was closed I just got silence and a weak "Sorry for your experiences" A person trained in customer service would have simply explained and elaborated more why the pool was closed and apologize that no communication was given. Other items that have happened since my first review is that I've stopped getting package notifications for some reason, and apparently I moved out back in August because their electric service company they own stopped sending me bills. Can't really complain about the latter, that's nearly 6mo without an electric bill. I did try to call but no one ever answered the phone and my checks kept going uncashed. I'm a current resident at Lafayette Towers, and although the views are nice and the price (for now) is reasonable, the staff and service at this place couldn't be worse. The leasing office has NO IDEA what they're doing on a day-to-day basis. Requests are often lost, unanswered or late to process. Between my girlfriend and I, we've probably had 20 issues in the last year. The "upgrades" are cheap and distasteful, and the management is a complete joke. They even GAVE AWAY our apartment the day before our move in. Our neighbors have told us the same thing. Calling the day before and saying their apartment isn't ready yet. I have complained to them multiple times, but they don't care. We'll definitely be leaving when our lease is up. Don't sign here unless you're ready to be completely frustrated. 10-16-18 at around 7:00PM. Gate house makes no call to residents when a guest arrives. Guest just show up in building creating a very unsafe environment for both residents and guests. Gate house security extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not seem able to operate gate or communicate. Did not return license and could not seem to operate gate to allow guests to leave property. Very strange experience. If all guests are met with this confusion I can not recommend this rental. So management at this property is just beyond horrible. I am so thankful for how much of a asshole the property manger Lita Johnson was to me personally that led to a much better upscale living situation. I was at Lafayette towers for over 12 years. Never late with rent. Lita Johnson #propertymanager, owner or whatever she choose to title herself feels the need to micromanage everyone. She seem to think that the residents work for her as well. Her noise is always in situations and conversations where it's not wanted or necessary. I feel sorry for the individuals who have to work with and for her. I know at the end of the day it's about a pay check! It's awful when you have to block your leasing office for her ignorant behaviors! Its also sad when they feel the need to hold/keep your security deposit passed 90 days once it's been established that it would be returned. Its sad that when you call Corporate accounts receivable that they refuse to handle the issue or even return a simple call. There are many issues of just tackiness that I won't even get into. The showers generally don't work. If you have guests over regularly it's only a matter of time before their car will get broken into because they don't have security in the guest lot late at night. AC is old and barely able to take the edge off the heat during the summer plus it drives your electricity bill way up. Don't fall for the lobby that is always delightful; it's all for show. They literally don't keep track of how many spots are leased. Despite paying $50/month for a spot in a lot where the spaces are mostly small and cramped you aren't guaranteed one. This is the worst living experience I've ever had in my life. Maintenance won't come in a timely manner, the management staff won't answer the phone or return phone calls. If you want to set up Internet or cable service then they can only come on the property when somebody is in the leasing office otherwise security won't let them on the property. So for anybody who has a 9-5 job, you're screwed. Every time I have a guest security gives them a hard time and the management room away the guest parking lot and now make guests park in the street or in a lot that is not monitored. Apartments don't retain heat and their solution it to tell residents to "put blankets over the window boxes" instead of fixing the seals. Lived here for about a year and a half. The security is unprofessional, rude, and would rather have your car stolen then turn off their blaring music and do their job for more than 4 continuous minutes. The office staff treats you like they're doing you a favor by doing their jobs. You have no control over the heat/ac and a shitty window fan, so it's effectively a hot box for 6 months and a freezer for the other 6. The only good thing about this awful place is the maintenance staff, who are efficient and always responded within 24 hours. read more

These apartments would be a lot better off without the management that they have in place. Tasha Green, the office manager is inept, has no diplomacy and is quite tactless, she actually threatened a resident with violence recently (like very recently). Kim and one other lady are the only ones that have good sense and are polite. They have towed cars for no reason at all, lost my rent check, got into verbal disputes with residents and now have came up with the bright idea of renovating apartments and making long time tenants move into non renovated apartments at their own expense, at any time in the lease, and then if you want to go to your old apartment, you must pay an inflated market price. Isn't gentrification wonderful? If that's not enough of a warning to stay away, then how about they are offering rental credits for positive reviews online? How bad is this place that you have to bribe? Yelp had the good sense to screen all the fake reviews after someone posted proof of it (go have a look for yourself). Guest parking is ALWAYS full after 10 pm or so, there is not enough parking for two big towers in the first place for guests. Resident parking? If you work past 11 pm then you may as well park on the street and pray no one breaks into your car (which happens, OFTEN) the lines are not painted so there is no space to maneuver in the back rows, when you can park. Resident parking is always full that late at night, and if you park in the visitor lot, they tow you. All in all I love my view and my place but dealing with management is terrible. Literally a headache. And after seeing that altercation between a young lady and the manager I had to write this review, I walked out after her and it turned out we had many of the same experiences. There was also recently a town hall style meeting for the residents, mainly to ask about the renovations and her attitude was TERRIBLE. Many complained about her and it seems as if no one from Fourmidable cares or knows that she is probably costing them a lot of money. But oh well. Wouldn't recommend until they are finished with renovations and the current manager is no longer in place. And no the pool has not opened in years. read more

This place has the absolute worst and most obnoxious management. They are rude and so unreliable. They continuously were difficult about the terms of my lease and made me so frustrated. They continued to add fees and costs throughout discussion of rent, to add up to twice more than initially discussed. I have never had anyone be so rude and disrespectful to their tenants. They will say one thing to you and do another. The security is horrible, and there were multiple issues with parking break ins. The apartments are not even that great for the price. It is not a clean space and there is always smells in the building. Do not recommend to anyone. read more

Outdated and terrible security. This place gives Detroit a bad name. I have a friend that's lived in both towers since he works nearby and I've seen their largest apartments and I cannot imagine who in the hell would CHOOSE to live here. The buildings are outdated and gloomy. read more

I have lived in Lafayette Towers for about a year and half and I like it. Everyone is really nice I never have a problem with parking or security. I can't hear anything from my neighbors. I would check this place out if you are looking for somewhere close to downtown but not right downtown so you don't have to deal with traffic. read more

There are some good things about living here. The location and the view (if you pick the right unit). That's it. That's the list. Expect frequent maintenance problems such as (but far from limited to) broken elevators. But who needs those in a 23 story building. In the warm weather, it is hotter than Ciara in here. Russell Wilson is a lucky man. I digress. There is no AC. Expect to dedicate 40-60% of the surface area in your apartment to electric fans. Or you can use the fan unit included. I only recommend this if you have an airplane fetish as this unit sounds like a Boeing 747 is having a hard time starting its turbines. The right view is the undisputed highlight but don't get too used to it. With blinds open, the sunlight beams in with the wrath of Thanos. If you leave them open while you're out, the sun will fry your property like a line of fentanyl to your brain that someone told you was adderall. The real nightmare begins come winter. If you work early in the morning you have 3 options: 1) buy indoor parking for a price equivalent to a small nations GDP 2) walk to work 3) find a new job that starts later. The lanes in the parking lot get narrower as you move back. When they hired people to handle snow removal, I have zero doubt they googled "worst snowplow in the Midwest" in order to discover this level of incompetence. They barely remove anything and what they do is plowed into banks at the end of parking spaces at the back. This leaves no room for anything but a Toyota Prius to fit through as all the cars protrude into the already narrow lane. Maybe buy a Fiat. This disaster is not aided by the shocking amount of inconsiderate morons living on the property that have less of an idea of how to park a car than an infant from Mackinac Island. The parking lot is a war zone. If you're in the back two lanes you've already lost. Elsewhere, if the snowplow doesn't get your car stuck, some selfish prick will find a way to tell you to go f**k yourself. A couple of things not to be fooled by: 1) free WiFi. The internet provider must be paying the landlord to test this service as a social experiment because unless your internet usage is limited to reading a text-only box score following another Lions loss, you're better off with nothing. If you rely on the WiFi you will wish the Internet was never invented. 2) Concrete walls are thick. My neighbors know far more about me than they should. Mad love for not complaining. I really hope my downstairs neighbor left her boyfriend that makes her so miserable. She should walk out just like my entire floor heard mine do. 3) Fitness center. There are fewer machines than an Amish community and the body parts you probably want to do together are in separate buildings. Cost to do laundry is your first born child. Lafayette Towers is offering $25 to residents for each positive reviews we write. They flyered our apartments recently. So any positive reviews you read are probably because of that. This has positively been one of the worst experiences I've had renting. First, when we moved in, they leased two apartments out from under us after we paid a deposit. The first time, they said, "it's not officially held until your application is approved." We got our application approved. The second time, they said, "we told you the apartment was held for you, that was not a guarantee." AFTER we signed the lease, they said, "oh, by the way, we may request that you move to another apartment before your lease is up, so that we can renovate yours." When asked, they said we would have the option to move back for a different monthly rate. Second, they told us the pool was being renovated and would be finished in 30 days. That was June 1. They have done no work on the pool and it never opened. Third, they change security and parking and freight elevator rules on a daily basis. I was not allowed to carry in a mirror because it was "after hours," even though I didn't need the freight elevator. They stop my black friends at the door, while my white friends walk right on through without any checks. They harass people sometimes, and aren't even at the desk others. The gym is broken down--the tv does not work and some of the equipment is broken. When we signed the lease, we chose outdoor parking. We were told on paper and verbally that we could request an indoor space, for a higher fee, later if we wanted to. When we went in to do so, we were told that they changed the rule and now you can't move spaces. There is now a new rule where visitors can only stay TWELVE HOURS. This was not communicated to residents at all, except through early morning phone calls demanding that visitors come down and fill out a new form. The hallways are filthy, and work orders sit for months. They are now insisting all work orders are made via phone call, I presume so that there is no record. Lastly, dealing with management is a nightmare. They are rude and deny things that they've put in writing, even when I print it off and show it to them. I can't express how miserable this experience has been. It has caused a great deal of stress to me and my partner and we can't wait to get out. read more
