He explains his vision and hearing loss during the initial visit, to make sure you're comfortable- he co-developed the special equipment he uses during procedures. He is thorough, and engages patients to take responsibility for their own health, with his support. He doesn't pass out antibiotics like candy. In all this time, there has only been one time I was unable to get a same day appointment for an acute illness, which is amazing. He also has a highly qualified Physician Assistant who supports him and she is wonderful. Dr. Cronin is kind and compassionate, and keeps up to date with latest best practices (unlike Drs. who learn in med school, and feel that that is the only right way, forever.) One of the things I love best about his practice is that he's not afraid to admit he doesn't know something, and if he doesn't know, will either figure it out or send you to a specialist if needed.
