I made an appointment for today at 8 a.m. because that was the first appt. of the day, figuring I would get right in. I arrived at 7:45 and found the door locked. Someone opened it 10 minutes later saying that they don't open until 8 a.m.! Rude! They set the appt. schedules not us. My biggest complaint is that they want you to arrive early, but I have never, repeat never, been seen on time. Usually they are 15 - 20 minutes late. It was that way today - and, for the first appt. of the day. They do not respect your time but they expect you to respect theirs. He is thorough, and engages patients to take responsibility for their own health, with his support. He doesn't pass out antibiotics like candy. In all this time, there has only been one time I was unable to get a same day appointment for an acute illness, which is amazing. He also has a highly qualified Physician Assistant who supports him and she is wonderful. Dr. Cronin is kind and compassionate, and keeps up to date with latest best practices (unlike Drs. who learn in med school, and feel that that is the only right way, forever.) One of the things I love best about his practice is that he's not afraid to admit he doesn't know something, and if he doesn't know, will either figure it out or send you to a specialist if needed. You won't regret choosing him.
