They wear out dentists and are like the cvs/Walgreens of dentistry. They don't give a crap about dentists or patients. To get it removed I had to wait two weeks to get a basic tooth removal. At first they were like you have to see one of our specialists, this tooth is saveable etc. Just to see that dentist was was around 600. I opted for no and just get it removed. Nothing fancy just pop the tooth out, no digging to roots, it was over 500. Insane. After all that tooth pulled, a filling decided to pop out of another tooth. Great. I didn't want to go back to the so I decided to call around. I called around and came to this office. No one can match these prices. To get a tooth filled 230. Welp no Brainer. I set up an appointment for a day away. Fast appointment times too! They saw me took one xray and got to work! The neice was a young dentist (sorry I'm terrible with names) is just amazing. She made me feel comfortable. Her hygienesis was also truly amazing. Once all of this was finished I came home and bit down and my tooth decided to send a shock wave through my skull. I had to wait till Monday because I had the appointment on Friday and the minute I called they said come in today and let's get this fixed. I went in that day and they redid the whole tooth with no charge it turns out that my tooth is just going to need a crown but I need to hold off until I can get that taken care of. Nothing they did nothing they couldn't do it's just my tooth really needs support now. But just a simple fact that they took care of that with no extra fees or anything like that I cannot sing this place enough praise. Truly they are amazing and the young dentist is going to be around for a very long time.

She said she had to check her scheduling and she would be right back, two seconds later, she proceeded to tell me that their office couldn't do the extraction in timely matter and that they could not accommodate me. Said good luck with your tooth and hung up. I never mention a time, also I feel as though, because I wasn't getting an implant, I was turned away. How unprofessional. I would never recommend this office, only because of the unprofessional staff. So sad that's how heath care works today. Hopefully Something is done about the unprofessional person taking the calls.​

Turns out I had a pocket that could cause an infection and one tooth was growing into another...great. Called all over Syracuse and no one could get me in, by the grace of God, he put Katelin in my life and split seas to be able to squeeze me in. Now I'm 4 days out of the healing process with no pain, back to work with no swelling or irritation. In May of this year I went to get a new partial not covered by insurance. They gave me a price and took a deposit for exactly half of that. I paid the balance they requested on the day of service. After that a new manager and staff said I owed another $1,200 but said the entire staff I dealt with had been fired and they had no notes or computer entries saying they had given me that price. It was my word against theirs. The receptionist was incredibly rude and District Manager was nice at first and then turned nasty when I asked for documentation. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for unethical practice. After 20 years of being a patient there it was unimaginable that they would do that even though they are new owner. This place is a scam.

The sharp, insufferable pain meant I needed a doctor immediately. In a hilarious twist, I had a recommendation from an SU Coach for Dr. Brian Tromblee, and my wife Dolly had a recommendation from her yoga instructor, Karen, for Dr. Teri Forth. When we compared notes, we realized they shared the exact same phone number (315-458-4794). Turns out, they are a fantastic husband-and-wife duo running Forth-Tromblee Dentistry! Rather than argue about it (we'd already spent our energy arguing over milk percentages and Pop-Tart flavors at the grocery store earlier), we called and booked appointments for ourselves and our three kids. Dr. Tromblee saw me within an hour of my call. He immediately took care of the nerve pain before giving us a warm welcome to the practice. Long Story - I went to get my teeth cleaned 3 years ago - I had been a patient for 14 years -…read moresomething went wrong at that cleaning - I heard a loud grinding sound as if the hygienist used the wrong size scraper as she cleaned my bottom front teeth - after the cleaning I went home and noticed those teeth were extremely sharp - they even cut right through dental floss as if it was butter - I went back to have Dr. Tromblee polish them to smooth them out - it didn't work and I had to go back at least 4 more times - at the last appt Dr. Forth had to put some bonding on one of the teeth that were damaged by Dr. Tromblee when he tried to fix the rough, sharp areas - this still didn't remedy the situation - I stopped going back to them to "fix" the issue that started with their hygienist when I caught the staff there rolling their eyes and giving each other the side eye look when I showed up again with the same issue - I then went to another dentist and she could not figure out what was wrong and just ground my teeth but didn't fix the issue - after having her try to fix them 4 or 5 times I went to another dentist and am now on my 2nd dentist there and 4th time repairing the issue - Meanwhile this has taken over 3 years and my mouth is so sore - the end of my tongue is raw, my teeth have moved and are now crooked from my tongue rubbing on the teeth, and my gums in the back on the front bottom teeth are receding and I now have to go see a periodontist - The staff at Forth & Tromblee treated me as if I had done something wrong - I just wanted my teeth fixed and it seems they and the following dentists just damaged them even further. After 14 years with them, my entire family went there also, you'd think they would have really tried to help, but they didn't, and 3 years later I just want to pull those teeth out and get replacement teeth made. The past 3 years have been so painful and it's not over yet.

Surprise, had to make payment after a root canal & crown. Dr.D doing the root canal left him with his mouth wide opened to go to the front and help Dr.J take payment from a patient. Another incident X-ray machine was not operating, had to drive back the next day from Syr.and was charged an office visit. Next time returning for the crown from Syr., waiting and told the crown hasn't arrived. Days later it comes in. Then the crown falls out, had to go back Dr.J puts it back on. Then the crown falls out again and he learns that they sold the business. The new doctor charges him $200 and tells him that the tooth needs an implant. Also, informs him many patients have crowns falling out. What a scam! Like a hit and run! Whatever it takes, just make the $$ and retire!

And Dr. Juan Kassab was knowledgeable and friendly. The xray technician was equally as professional and friendly. I am going back for crown work this week and have total confidence in the outcome. Great staff. I left a great dentist in San Diego so feel very fortunate to have connected with this practice.
