Tenants can smoke weed inside the building which I find disrespectful and rude. They don't give heat at night like they supposed to and on the coldest days of the year there is no heat at all. My apartment has been mouse invested several times. The people that work for Milbrook properties are not the nicest. I have roaches and waterbugss in my apartment. The water that comes out the bathroom tub is sometimes is brown. The walls in the apartments look terrible.
