Grace was very helpful on the phone, explained her rates (which were very reasonable and fair) and we set an appointment time. Grace arrived promptly and immediately got to work. I was highly impressed by her knowledge and expertise. She explained to me in laymen's terms everything she was doing. She is honest and fair. She fixed everything I needed and even ran to the hardware store to get me a new lighting plate, since we were changing the amount of switches for one room.
