Stopped by the day before Halloween! The staff were all dressed up & having a costume contest for guests to vote on their fav costume! Loved the fun energy here. I got a mani pedi complete with getting my callouses scrubbed, massage, and hot stone treatment. The girls did a fantastic job with my nails and the whole experience was so relaxing. They helped me find the perfect shade of burgundy red for fall! The space is very clean. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely visit again. read more

Amazing experience all around!! Went here for the first time for my daughter's first manicure for her birthday. Brand new salon in Draper !!! The interior of this salon is beautiful and great for ig pics. There is also plenty of room next to each pedicure chair so the manicure techs can work on your hands at the same time. The staff is super friendly ! I got a gel x almond shaped french nail set and lia did such a great job! She spent over an hour shaping my nails and they turned out beautifully, a great narrow almond shape that fits my hands. She put alot of care and detail into shaping my nails which I really appreciated. I also got a deluxe pedicure which came with a 15 min massage and hot stone! It was great ! They are doing 50% off this week for an opening promo! They also have hot coffee, cold drinks, and snacks as well! read more

Went in for the first time for an acrylic fill, got their jelly gel option. Their color options are incredible! I've never been in a salon that is decorated so well, and their prices are normal. I was there for about 2 hours to have my fill done, it would usually take 40 minutes at other salons I've gone to. Because of the quality and cleanliness of the salon I will be back! read more

This was my first visit. I asked for a quote on line and never received a reply. I called to verify pricing and book an appointment. I went with a gel French manicure. I was never offered anything to drink. The tech didn't clean the polish from the skin around my nails that he spilled and he didn't apply any lotion to my hands or forearms as they were very dry after the manicure. The entire experience was very disappointing considering the overwhelming positive reviews. read more

This is a spacious, clean, and beautiful salon. I had a Volcano detox pedicure and deluxe manicure. The nail technician listened closely to what I wanted and gave me a deep and relaxing hand, arm and shoulder massage. On their basic pedicure they don't even use the stone for calluses. I've never been to a salon that doesn't include this in the basic pedicure, especially for the price they charge. Why bother with a pedicure if they don't even do the basics?!!! I don't care about the mediocre leg rub. I'm there for my feet. All in all, my nails look horrible. And let's not talk about the 3% charge for debit cards and some other charge for inflation. Place was empty on a Saturday---that's very telling. read more

What a great experience! Mikey did such a great job with my pedicure and was friendly. I got the volcano pedicure and it was so worth it. vicky did an AMAZING job with my nails! she paid attention to DETAIL! she made sure the nail fit my nail and the shape looks good on my finger. they didn't cut my cuticles alot to where it bled like the places I used to go to. inside is very clean, pretty decorations, and soothing! We all are familiar with the doom of finding a new nail tech right? Why is it so damn hard?! Anyway, this was my fifth attempt at finding someone in Utah, that will listen to what I want. Not even addressing if they even have the talent. The last place I went to, the tech was in such a hurry that she made my nails look like a witch from the eighties. Jesus. And, I found her on yelp with raving reviews. Ok. On to Lagi. I called and thankful the manger answered. I told her that I had a horrible experience and that I was new to Utah and desperately needed to find my forever nail home. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mikey. He was so sweet. The manager came up right away to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She checked in repeatedly throughout the process. The vibe right when I walked in is so inviting. The rose buds on the walls, the baby pink look of the place... So girly and beautiful. So welcoming. I had pleasant and amusing conversations with Mikey. What an attentive sweet guy. We talked about how we just don't understand how nail technicians don't care, listen and RUSH through their appointments. He shared all of his views on how most nail salons don't give a %^%*. He told me how Lagi Salon and Nails is a place where they all work together as a team. That they all get along. I am SO happy now. FINALLY, I found my forever nail home. Mikey paid so attention to detail. So much so, that I was able to watch a show on my phone with my earbuds in and not feel the need to check his work at all. This is what it's all about! It's why we go and get our nails done right?!? It's a treat. It's supposed to be relaxing. To wrap it all up, MiKEY is AMAZING at his job. We did an acrylic set with a French manicure. He used this very very thin brush to shape the white tip. Wow. He took his time and checked in with me repeatedly. All I ask is that you guys don't steal him from me. Pretty certain that the rest of the Salon fantastic too. IM SO HAPPY. Great new salon!!! Check them out!!!!! read more

I love this location! They always spend a lot of time looking at your nails from all different angles and making sure everything is perfect and set right! The place itself is gorgeous inside! Very clean, and they have the cutest decorations. The staff is super super kind, and they have free beverages and snacks for you while you're there. The aesthetic overall, for how high quality it is, definitely matches the quality of the work they do. They are really good at nail art as well. I've been going to the salon very regularly for the past couple months.. For the most part, I have always had a great experience and loved how my nails and toes have came out. Up until the last few times I have gone in.. My Second to most recent set, started lifting after less than a week.. I ended up losing two nails after a week. Vicky Who is my regular nail tech fix them no problem.. Didn't charge me, which I appreciate. I went in yesterday to get a fill and pedi before my vacation.. My nails are absolutely atrocious. I asked for a simple French tip. I ended up getting chrome where the pink is supposed to be.. Did not ask for that.. On top of being unhappy with my nails, I believe I was charged for a new set. $154 for a set that I was not happy with.. I stated that I was unhappy to Vicky and unfortunately nothing was done. As far as I'm concerned, I will not be going back. Which is unfortunate because I really love how Van Does my pedicure. Very disappointed! read more

Absolutely amazing! The ladies are so kind and service is great -- as well as the nail quality. I am currently typing with gel x nails they did that have been on for over 2 months. I literally sat in the chair watching my daughter get her birthday pedicure. Okay your understaffed I get it...but I sat there without my feet even soaking during that time with the soaking stuff sitting on the seat. When we got there I offered to make an appointment and come back if that would work better, but no they don't turn potential money away. What's worse is no one questioned or checked on me once. Terrible customer service and ruined my afternoon out with my daughter on her birthday. Stay at your regular place, this place is not worth the hassle. Ignorant read more

Omg literally 10/10!! I loved coming here for my first time today. First the staff is SO sweet and friendly. The nail artist that did my nails was very detailed and she made sure my nails were good and ensured I liked the shape and color. The staff member who did my pedicure was also very thorough and did a good massage and everything. I didn't feel like anything was rushed, they have a lot of options for nail design, they offered me water and THEY SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY and BROUGHT ME A CUTE CUPCAKE and to top it off have me a cute lotion present Literally did not expect that, plus the place is a vibe and has a really nice aesthetic. I love going to Lagi. I have really struggled finding a place this way that provides a consistent quality experience. Vicky usually does my nails and always does a great job. She is METICULOUS when it comes to details and always makes sure my nails come out perfectly, even when I'm pressed for time. Their pedicures are worth the money and all the staff is so nice. The service was quite good! I liked how clean the inside of the salon was, and how friendly the service was. I also liked the level of attention to detail on my gel polish change-- the nail tech didn't rush through the appointment and very much took the time to shape my nails and do more than the bare minimum. However, my one thing that took off a star was that it seemed like the nail tech who did my nails was perhaps a little less experienced/skilled, as he worked extremely slowly (my appointment went very long) and it came out a little flawed. The gel polish looked really thick on my nails, and I think it was because the nail tech did too many coats of polish and top coat (3 coats polish, 2 coats top coat) and did not really attempt to make each layer thin, either. Usually, nail techs pause after the 2nd coat and ask if I want a third coat, but this one didn't ask. Their pricing was really fair though, so I can't really complain too much. I think I would go back! read more
