Wonderful experience buying furniture here. Customer service is great and they go above and beyond to make things right should a problem arise. I had an issue with a table, not due to Lagniappe, but the manufacturer. I was sure it was going to be a nightmare, but to my surprise they rolled out the red carpet to ensure I was pleased and happy with every piece of furniture I purchased. Will never shop here. They're liars and their customer service sucks. Manager is a jerk. The whole place is shadily run. A couple weeks ago, a friend of mine bought 2 brand new chairs for her new house. They told her to go to the warehouse yesterday to pick them up. I went with her to help her get the chairs into her house. Yesterday, the warehouse said they won't get these chairs until June and directed us to the store. We drove to the store and we found out they double-sold the new chairs and wanted to give her the used display chairs instead, for full price. So they lied to her about the brand new chairs and sold them again, after she bought them, and they tried to sell her used chairs for the same price as brand new ones? Even costco won't do that. Well, she has an immune disease and is about to begin immune replacement therapy, so buying used chairs that hundreds of people have sat in isn't an option, especially when we saw kids jumping on the chairs next to hers when we walked in. The sad part is she was trying to furnish her entire house and potentially had a customer willing to spend thousands more there. People make mistakes and that's ok. But the good businesses will try to accommodate to make it right. This is not a good business. Don't shop here. read more

I ordered a 3500$ couch they told me it would arrive in about three months. The three months came and I called to check on the order, well when I called they told me they couldn't fulfill the order. I got a credit card with this company so my credit was hit, put down hundreds of dollars for the down payment for a couch all for them to not even reach out to me to inform me that they couldn't fulfill my order. For the prices in this store they should be on top of their game but no wonder this place is having to close down. read more
