Dr Wendy Greer became my doctor recently after moving to the area and needing to set up a primary care physician! I would highly recommend her; extremely personable, proactive, addresses concerns entirely, remembers your lifestyle and makes recommendations accordingly. I was recommended to go to Dr Kemparajurs who is the main Doctor of the office, I have met him and he seems to be wonderful as well! I have never heard anything but good reviews on him. I just prefer a female doctor. It is convenient to get an appointment and they have good hours. So far they have been very on time; within ten minutes of arriving. Even if early! I was in the office the other day to see Wendy, about a flair up I've been having for sometime. She did not listen to me or care to hear what symptoms I was having you could tell she already made up her mind about me when she walked in the room. I have some mental issues, when she would ask a question she said would her impatient with me and ask again, if I stuttered "I do when I'm nervous" she would say she couldn't understand me. When she left the room I began crying I knew she didn't believe a word I said. I felt totally defeated. She didn't even address how I was feeling or anything or that I've been to this office about the same thing before. She just decided that it was pretty much water under the bridge. I have gotten worse since I've seen her but I will never go back to her because of how she treated me and made me feel. I do not recommend her. read more

Very disorganized front office. Long wait times when you call. Billing is often a nightmare. Even with current insurance cards they will bill wrong plan, ask you to call and verify you have insurance and get a call reference number. Still have a balance after ten months of dealing with billing department. Almost impossible to get a referral. They do not do this when you check out, you must call multiple times to get one (back to the long wait times) Insurance makes it hard to change providers, especially since so many aren't accepting new patients. If you're looking for a doctor, pick someone else. read more

Every time I try to call them on a Saturday (because I work when they are open during the week and even on Saturdays I work sometimes.)the automated system says they are closed and then says they are open from 9am to noon. I call at around 11am. This is important stuff and I need it taken care of. I called multiple times between 11 and 11:40 and every time I got the same message from the automated system. If they are going to advertise being open until noon, they need to keep their damn word. This is bullshit. read more

They do not want nor need new patients obviously. After leaving multiple messages for almost 2 weeks we finally got a phone call back from Pam. She took down all the information she needed and said someone would call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. Finally on Wednesday after speaking to her she said she didn't receive my information until yesterday and the conversation on Friday never took place. She took no responsibility for her mistake. At this point she became rude and could care less what I did. I asked to speak to the doctor/owner and she told me he was too busy to speak to me. I have tried for 2 1/2 weeks to make an appointment with no success, and I have insurance. I guess they have enough patients. read more
