Rarely answered phone or returned calls. I had multiple (more than 3 days of No Call/No Show). Took around 6 weeks plus to finally finish job. The irrigation system finally works but the price ended up very expensive. One crew of 4 people ate up almost an hour of $$$ labor just trying to set up a piece of equipment. I finally went and offered a solution using some bracing I provided. Often staff/crew would leave and not say anything. One day I thought they left for lunch and they never returned until a few days later. They would just show up periodically and i had to plan my time around them. Very disappointed. The only savior was Bobby who finally resolve all issues. It may be a lack of enough staff to complete work in a timely manner. Over all, just glad it is over with. A week later we received an invoice bill for Service Call in the amount of $85... We call the representative who came out and ask what is this invoice for, he said "the company don't typically charged but due to the fact that most people said they will call back to have service done(repaired) and never do, and that's why they send out a Service Call bill"... Well, this wasn't disclosed upfront prior to scheduling! It took a week to reach someone, I finally reach a representative, but she wasn't helpful at all and said she will have a Mgr call me back. A very nasty, rude & argumentative representative name Bobby called me back. He admits that he knows other company doesn't charge a service fee and that they usually don't have a problem with prior customers. I explain to him, that if you are going to charge a fee for a proposal, quote or service call, then your company need to advice prospective customers UPFRONT, prior to coming out. He got feisty and hung up... I realized that this is a scam, a fraudulent business practice; because they knew if they tell prospective customers upfront about this so-call fee over the phone or upon contact, that majority of the customers would just call another company who provide free quote/proposal. Do NOT deal with this company. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not do what they were contracted to do and when they damaged my property tried to pass it off on another company. Worst yet, they will not return my calls and refuse to speak with me or make what they were supposed to do right. I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them. They installed original water pump system to the well a few years ago before I purchased my home. Their contact information stickers are on the equipment. I got system serviced a year ago to make sure water softener and filtration systems were working fine. All was excellent. They provided great customer service and fair price. Recently, I had an issue with low water pressure at 10 psi and they came out the same day to diagnose the issue. I was panicking since I had family in town visiting. They assured me that they would come out soon. The problem happened to be electrical after they checked the system out. I had to call an electrician to fix power line to shed where pump is located. The water pressure is now back to 50 psi and water pump is humming along fine. There was never any issues with their install and equipment. (Trust me when I tell you I know how hard that is to find). Not only did they knock my job out in a day but they also did a excellent job in grading the dirt pefectly for our sod tomorrow.
