It started with an email from them that pulled no punches and I appreciated that. It was going to be incredibly noisy and messy, and my building would be a construction zone, so I had to make different arrangements for my car. It was all of that! From 7-4 each weekday they went at it for a week and a half. At some points there were ten guys at once on my roof! So how did they do? I met the owner several times and he was incredibly nice and responsive. His guys were unfailingly pleasant and worked hard to clean up every day. It was indeed very noisy. Let's just say I didn't take any afternoon naps! As you can see from the picks, my new roof is gorgeous! As I complete the paperwork, I'm about to get a yearly discount on my condo insurance.
