But the front office and staff have become the reason I will not be returning, and I'm genuinely shocked this office maintains high ratings with the way things are being handled. For over a month, I have sent emails, texts, and made phone calls stating the same simple request: I need a Friday appointment (when I work remote) OR a weekday appointment at 3pm or later BEFORE year-end. My benefits expire soon, and like many people, I'm trying to use them before they reset. Instead of honoring that, they repeatedly tried to push me into January and February. It feels like either no one is reading messages, no one understands scheduling, or no one cares. I shouldn't have to repeat myself ten different times to get an appointment. The office is also unbalanced and unprepared. They have more front staff than back staff, yet only ONE hygienist, which makes absolutely no sense for a busy practice -- especially at year-end when people are trying to use benefits and staff are taking vacations. Any well-run office would prepare for that. This one clearly didn't. The situation that pushed me over the edge was when I requested my dental records and X-rays. The front desk demanded I sign a "medical release form" they typed up -- to send MY OWN records to MYSELF. When I questioned it, instead of correcting the mistake, the staff doubled down and tried arguing incorrect HIPAA information with me. I should NOT have to teach a dental office what HIPAA actually says. That is basic training. This is not just inconvenient -- it's concerning. At this point, let me be absolutely clear: I will not return to this office, and I will not remove this review unless Dr. Doshi contacts me directly to address these issues. Patients deserve an office that listens, understands HIPAA, and respects their time -- not one that ignores requests, mishandles records, and argues when they're wrong.

Julia at the front desk was so kind and helpful in getting insurance, paperwork, and services scheduled and ready to go. It was totally seamless. The dentist himself and dental hygienist both delivered excellent service and walked me through every step of the x-rays and cleaning. Totally cool that they were able to capture a 3D image of my teeth so I could see in detail what they looked like, including what my bite pressure was (didn't know this was possible to measure so easily). As far as the cleaning itself, it wasn't painful at all and the dentist made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. They give you a pair of sunglasses to block the light, they have music playing in the room, and a TV with movies if you want to watch something. The cleanliness of the office was pristine, and parking was available right out front of the building. Super easy. I'm new to Dallas and I am so glad I chose to come here. I will be back.

Now there is a new song and dance, and they are refusing to refund my money. They are adding an office visit on the same day of service and without filing it to the to the insurance and charging me as a non-covered because they know it will be bundled. I now have to file a dispute, and I am on the hook for the financing and the difference they are pocketing. this was nice to say to me after years of being a loyal patient " they will sleep just fine and if I don't like to go somewhere else. " We all make our own decisions on where and who we want to be our caregivers, but when a 15+ year patient tells you to think twice when presented with a solid billing issue and they tell you too bad, it says loyality means nothing AT ALL. The office used to be kind and never once gave me issue, but every time I have gone in the office lately there are no patients anymore.
