They have TVs mounted on the ceiling so the kids are entertained when looking up from the dentist chair and the doctor can focus on the job. Smart . Dental appointment can't get any better for kids. My son has autism and has never been able to go to the dentist sucessfully (ie. without a meltdown) until we met Dr. Bui. Maybe it was the video games in the front or the fact that the xrays are digital and thus easier and less uncomfortable for him, or maybe it's the sunny, open treatment area. Likely, it's the way the doctor and the staff spoke slowly and softly to him, like they had all the time in the world. He breezed through the appt. and and happily scarfted down the sugar free candy he got on the way out. My daughter had a cavity filled by Dr. Bui. She got a composite filling. Ifound everything to be satisfactory with that. We had to pay extra for sedation because our insurance did not cover it. I feel it was worth it, she slept through the procedure and has only pleasant memories of the experience. The office staff always print out a note for school, which is convenient, and this time we were able to get a Saturday appt. so we won't have to miss any school. The office is a little hard to find since it is tucked away in a medical office park filled with other one story buildings that all look the same.

I was sent an offer letter for the position, only to have it retracted via text message just two days later--without a phone call or proper explanation. I was told I was "not a fit," despite never being given a fair opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities. It was a disappointing experience, especially given the professionalism and kindness of the existing staff, who are clearly the backbone of the dental office's success. I would not recommend this office as the internal communication after change of ownership is greatly dwindling and with it will be patient-customer care.

Ten to fifteen minutes later, my son came back with nothing done to him. They told me they could not treat him because he was nervous and afraid and they could not do anything for him in these conditions. They're supposed to be trained to treat children, that's why they're pediatric dentists, but apparently they aren't. I ended up taking my son somewhere else where he was treated very quickly, without any anesthetics, and with the loving he didn't receive here.

I had to remove 4 wisdom teeth even though my top 2 were the ones bothering me. After the initial meeting with Dr. Gregory, he basically stated that the bottom wisdom teeth needed to be removed as they were impacted. Fair enough. The initial meeting and actual procedure were really quick I probably talked to Dr. Gregory all of 4 mins total. I woke up with some swelling, nothing too bad, and was sent on my way and started on the antibiotics and pain meds as prescribed. That's when things started going downhill. I assumed that the normal recovery time of about 3 days to a week would suffice before I recovered close to full health, however, it took me almost 6 weeks before I was pain free! My pain was coming from both impacted teeth from my bottom molars. 6 weeks however is not the usual healing timeline. The problem with this office was that there was no follow up and very minimal information regarding post procedure topics. I had to look up most of the stuff online and guess my diagnosis and prayed I wasnt having dry socket or even worse an infection. It was very difficult to set up a follow up appointment due to his busy schedule and that the office is open during normal work hours. Luckily for me I recovered on my own. I had to buy a water pic and religiously use salt water for 3 weeks and was able to eat solid food again without pain 1.5 months after the procedure. Improvement in bedside manner and having a thorough follow up process would dramatically improve the overall patient experience even if the problematic patient is few and far between.
