It was only when the pandemic hit and we were a little reluctant on going to get our teeth cleaned at her office in Irving, because We were trying to stay in hygienic environment as much as possible during this time and we didn't think that Dr Kolli's Offic needs. originally we had been going to her from where we used to live, in Wylie and then we moved over to Lewisville But regardless of the commute, we would still go to her. When my daughter had her braces put in she used to go to get them tightened almost every month and my daughter would tell me that the wires would be reused each time. To me, this is not hygienic. I also noticed that wearing gloves as well as masks were not her top priority as well. it When I went for regular teeth cleaning with my family to another dentist, I was informed by the dentist that even though my daughters braces were removed (this was done by Dr Kolli), her composites were not cleaned off her teeth. I had praye Dr Kolli money for my daughter's braces, which included maintenance, putting on the braces as well as removal of the braces, so I had expected her to have removed the composites of her teeth. I had to pay additional money to The dentist who I took her to, and she then took off. I was very disheartened that I had to pay additional for this. My family and I, will not be returning back.

Dr. Kuhre made sure I was numb and wouldn't feel any pain throughout the procedure and he did an excellent job. Over the years, he's provided me with retainer repairs by just applying extra bonding to my permanent retainer and also mouth guards, X-rays and cleanings, which are provided by his dental hygienists. They were friendly, professional and had great "bedside" manners.
