My daughter, who is almost 4 has been coming to this daycare since she was 7months. Although I was extremely nervous leaving my daughter's side, this daycare kept me up to date. They post pictures, comments and videos on an app and let me know how my daughter is doing. All the teachers and support staff are amazing and you can tell they care about the kids. Ms. Yo is a baby whisperer and an OG. The director, Ms. Amy is also an OG and my daughter loves her! It's been such a relief find in this facility as my daughter loves going there, they do lots of fun activities (summer parties and Halloween bash). I have been sending my children to this daycare for several years now, and overall, I am quite pleased with the experience. My son, who has autism, sometimes requires special attention and adjustments to his needs, and the staff has been generally good at accommodating him. My daughter has been attending for since a toddler and any issues that have arisen have been effectively mediated by the staff. They are very helpful, especially with my daughter's homework, and I believe they have played a big part in how talented she is now. for my this kindercare creates a warm, family-like atmosphere. While they may not be perfect, they do a pretty good job, and I feel confident leaving my children in their care. read more

If I could do a negative star I would. This daycare is horrible and I do not recommend you bring your children here at all. The building is filthy and they mistreat and neglect babies. When my child attended this facility he would come home with full diapers, constant rashes, and even scratches/bruises. A teacher once stepped on his hand and did not inform me of the situation. I left the building and my one year old had to tell me on his own that his finger was hurting, I ONLY found out after asking. When I brought my concerns to management they were never addressed and resolved. I immediately removed my baby from this daycare, but while in the process they tried to say there is a 2 week notice you're supposed to give in order to dis-enroll your child but they were going to make an exception considering the circumstances. I should have filed a police report and reported this facility to the state. read more

Our son aged out but has been going to this Kindercare since he was 2. He was there for 10 years and we have been happy the whole time. Ms. Becca and Ms. Amy are the most amazing teachers! My child has been going here for over a year and it has been amazing for her. She is on the spectrum and the caregivers here treat her like she is their own. My son has been to a few daycares since I move somewhat frequently, and this one has been by far his favorite. He is school age, and he LOVES his teachers at this center. I've been impressed with the field trips they've taken, and all of the photos they send through their app :). It makes me feel happy seeing him have so much fun while I'm at work! My 3 children have attended here from infant through school age. All of the staff are great with my kids and the teachers have all worked here for many years. My kids enjoy Kindercare and it is a safe, fun and good learning environment. The classrooms are covered with artwork, student pictures and learning topics. My daughter has been at the center since July 2016! The staff has always been very attentive, loving and nurturing with my very lively daughter! She has always had such a big personality and her teachers have been beyond involved and working with her in ways that show me they care about her as an individual. Seeing her grow here with her friends and love the staff as family has made me so over joyed. I have to say that when I realized I had to put my son in childcare and or with anyone at all, I was FREAKED. I had a terrible experience myself with daycare growing up and I was terrified about having my son share these experiences. I am so happy to report that I've made the best choice by choosing Laguna KinderCare! This staff is beyond passionate when it comes to the kids. They are all extremely friendly, kind, and most of all care for my son as if he is their own!! I feel so close to nearly every staff member that works there and I know they have my back and most of all my son's! They are always looking out for his best interests and helping him learn and grow each day. They spend time with each child working on arts and crafts and they are always out having a great time at the "park" (that's what my son calls it!). They post pictures of him enjoying his day and of his art and activities and then I get to bring home his projects to hang on our walls. My 8 year old daughter and I took a tour of the facility before we decided to sign her up with kindercare. I was very impressed with how big and spacious the facility is. It is very well organized and clean. My daughter loved all the holiday decor in the front entrance way. It makes it very warm and welcoming. On my daughters first day she said all the children and teachers were very nice. She said time flew by and she loved all the activities kindercare provided. She also loved the food kindercare services. She's one little picky eater, as most kids are, but she absolutely loved what kindercare had prepared. Her quote, "Mom they had some of the best cornbread I've ever eaten." So overall this location had everything I was looking for in a childcare facility. As much as I wanted to love this place I have to say we had a terrible experience here. My daughter is 1 year old and we started her here because me and my husband started working full time again. During the tour with Ms.Becca we were told and promised many things such as how the teachers work hard to help the kids adjust to the day care. My daughter was there for a month and every time we picked her up she was laying on the floor on a pillow covered in tears and had a runny nose. The teachers response was "she likes to be left alone so we just leave her alone" my daughter also did not drink milk or eat properly the time she was there. Ms.Nicole did try by taking my daughter out of the class and feeding her in the office which was successful but she only did that one day after 2 weeks of begging them to try harder to get her to eat or drink milk. The teachers in the toddler class are usually just sitting in chairs or standing around watching the kids crawl around. My daughter was neglected and ignored the whole time she was here. I called frequently during the day to get updates on my baby and the front office girls would always have a different answer than the teachers in the classroom. They would say my baby is doing well and is interacting more but at the end of the day the teachers would tell us that our daughter laid on her pillow all day and was sad. I felt terrible the last day I went to pick up my daughter seeing her being neglected and ignored so we immediately made the decision to remove her from this daycare. This daycare expects babies to be independent and eat and sooth themselves. My daughter wasn't fit for this place. It's over priced and the teachers are probably not paid enough to want to take care of the kids properly. read more

I did a tour before signing up my son to get to know where I would leave my son for daycare while I had to work, my son started when he was 3 years old he cried mostly everyday while I had to leave but the staff had a lot patients with him. He eventually was used to it and now loves it. He will be 5 in 2 days. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for child care. Also you receive notes daily on what your child did for the day and ate. read more

Shayla, the Director and her assistant Nicole are wonderful. I was so happy to have found this place close to our home. I love the area. The staff is wonderful and so caring. I leave my daughter Sofia in the morning to sweet Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Courtney and end of day a great staff is there still cuddling and caring for her until we pick her up. My daughter has eczema and they are wonderful in applying her lotion to ease her discomfort and I can tell she is HAPPY, because she's with HAPPY people. Today was my first day back at work. My son is 13 weeks old. I was having major anxiety and depression about going back to work so early and leaving him in daycare. I went into kidnercare and did a sit in, and all my son did was smile at the kids and look so happy. Not to mention that the staff was AMAZING. They made me so comfortable . Today was his first day. He was previously in an in home daycare that caused me anxiety due to how unprofessional the provider was. At times we did not know who was watching our child or if she left her home to run errands with our child. I am so thankful that I found Kindercare! In this day and age it can be scary leaving your kids but I have always felt 100% comfortable with the staff. I have two kids in Kindercare and we have been a part of the Kindercare family for 4 years now. The teachers have always been so kind and I feel like they treated my kids like their own. Even at 2, my son comes home with all kinds of artwork and has parent/teacher conferences to help with his growth. My 4 year old is learning Spanish and is already starting to read. My child attends Laguna Kindercare and I would not send her anywhere else . This center is amazing , I feel so comfortable and at ease when she is here . What I love about Laguna Kindercare is that the staff is dedicated and committed , most of the teachers here have been here for 9+ years. Seven years ago my oldest daughter attended and her teacher was Ms. Yolanda. I came back to kindercare 15 months ago and was shocked to see that Ms.Yolanda was still here including other staff that I recognized as well. Our son has been attending for eight months now. All the teachers are always warm and welcoming and really work with your child's specific needs, emotions and personalities. He has transitioned to the next level class and it went seamlessly. They do monthly fun activities and they decorate for each holiday fostering the children's creativity. We moved here from out of town and her and I were both nervous because she had been attending the same daycare since she was 8 weeks old, starting at a new daycare at almost 5 yrs old was really scary for me. The facility made be older but it is very clean. The Teachers are amazing, they're very patient and know how to take care of the kiddos by individual needs. My kids love going here. My two year old attends KinderCare here and we are very happy with the teachers, environment and curriculum. He has had very little exposure to the daycare/preschool environment so we weren't sure how we were going to like a center based program or how well he'd adjust. Miss Monica has been wonderful at helping him to transition in and we feel confident that this is the right place. My daughter started off in the infant room, moved to the toddler room and is now in the two-year-old class. The teachers here are very loving and nurturing towards the children. I have watched my daughter grow from a baby into a big girl. My daughter is only two and the teachers in her class have already helped me potty train her! She's recognizing colors along with counting some numbers. As a parent it is hard to leave your child with someone else. Leaving my little one here I feel she is loved and well taken care of. The Teachers communicate with parents on a daily basis with my day forms. The management team is amazing! They are always so supportive to to parents needs along with the child's. I also have my little one enrolled in the learning adventures program and it has taught her so much! I highly recommend laguna Kindercare!
