After paying in full and chasing the owner Michelle for weeks she refused to fix my returns, said she would not put her name on them. When I tried to explain that she was costing me thousands of dollars in refund by doing them incorrectly and all she had to was call the IRS to verify that I qualify she refused to even make the call.
