PROS - Lichtsinn's volume of online instructional videos was helpful before the purchase and afterwards.  I flew in to Minneapolis, the pickup and drive down to Lichtsinn worked great The RV itself has been all I hoped for and more The orientation process Lichtsinn providing a loaner vehicle  The service and parts department.  I have called about 5 times over the 1st 6 months with questions and they have all been answered professionally. Some of the names I recall of people who have been very helpful:  Justin, Hannah, Cade, Stacy, Jeremy (sorry I'm not remembering everyone's names). CONS - Primarily related to the salesman I was randomly given when I first sent an email inquiry about available stock. When I brought up the idea of a 3rd party inspector (which I paid for) reviewing the vehicle before I flew in, the initial response was Reed tried to talk me out of it. When I flew in to purchase the vehicle there were a couple of items not completed from the inspection.  It appeared that Reed hadn't reviewed the inspection items.  He then tried to blame the service department. Two weeks ago I had an issue with my steps malfunctioning while I was traveling out of the country.  I called Lichtsinn towards the end of the day.  The operator forwarded me to Reed.  Reed said he would try to get someone from service.  The phone was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then finally went dead.  I called him back and left a voicemail for him.  I then called back again and Hannah (I believe she is in Accounting) was super helpful and tried to help.  I still haven't heard from Reed. For the most part Lichtsinn was reputable.  After the most recent incident it was appropriate to leave this feedback.  If you have a choice on salesperson, I would consider this. On the day of appointment I left the vehicle with the understanding it would be ready in 48 hours. 48 hours later the dealership had not even started on the repair. I removed the vehicle and delivered it to Miller Transmission about 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The next morning I received a call saying the repair was complete. The Ford dealership was telling me how expensive the repair would be. Miller Transmission charged about $140 for the repair. The vehicle runs perfectly and I am well satisfied. eh

Basically needed a new alternator/voltage regulator, but even in 2016 people think ladies know nothing about their vehicles, and pretty much ignored my suggestions when my classic 1976 Ford MiniHome couldn't hold a charge. This gentleman(!) went to it and had me back on the road. Whatever will we do when mechanics like him decide to retire and quit fighting to get '76 parts unbelted from their 40+year-old frames?!
