We hired Stalle to sell our house...we had already moved out of town but they assured us they would treat our home "as if it were our own." Consequently, they damaged new floors, lied about their staging experience (they had none), put our expensive furniture in a storage warehouse without informing us, ruined fine artwork, simply lost our drapes (who does that?) & were unprofessionial & dismissive. What a train wreck! We ended our contract, but not soon enough. Obviously, should have shared this experience before you encountered them. Sorry friend.

They took 2 months and as soon as they took the management fee for the month of August, they stopped picking up my calls not waiting to give my keys, not completely paying the rents they received. There is still money in their account that they have not closed. They dont respond to my calls to explain. I went to their office to talk to them and pick up all my extra keys and found out the adress they have on file is not theirs but a hair salons. Gino who has been the main contact told me he doesn't work there anymore. Jim Miller is nowhere to be found. Workers are unprofessional and doesn't follow through a single promise. Stay miles away from these people!

The realtor laughed out loud and proceeded to say "that closed on Tuesday, you missed it" and laughed again. A very strange and unprofessional reaction from a broker. Obviously he didn't have any other property in his name that he could have offered me. Unfortunately for him he missed an opportunity to sell another property.

You'll see when you meet him. Ty Ash is incompetent, immature, unprofessional real estate technician. He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. When we finally were able to get our home on the market (delay was not the fault of Justin or Jennifer), we were very impressed by the results of their marketing. In 2 days we had 9 showings of our house and had 6 offers in writing by the morning of the 3rd day. We ended up selling our house for over the asking price due on large part to accurately pricing the house and not scaring off would be buyers by asking too much. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best.
