The online schematic drawings make it easy to find what you need, even if you don't know the part number. With my first order, I was confused about exactly which part number would get me the black mirror cover I needed. So I called in and spoke to a friendly specialist who set me straight and advised me on which number to order. The only thing that keeps them from being 5 stars is that shipping isn't free or Amazon fast, so it takes at least a week for me to get my stuff. But I do save on sales tax. So plan ahead!

Village Motorsports still has not fixed the problem. Among other things, the operations manager, Ryan, blamed Covid. :) He also claimed that my concerns (getting a replacement or refund) were for the manufacturer to address. However, I got the manufacturer representative on the phone with Ryan, and the representative confirmed that Village Motorsports is responsible. Nonetheless, Village Motorsports still has offered nothing, aside from a hope (not a promise) that maybe they can fix the machine by August 4, more than a month after the problem arose. My only word of advice--aside from not buying a machine from them--is if you want someone to pick up the phone promptly, call the sales desk, not the service desk.

We asked several questions and it was like pulling teeth to get any type of response. The guy kept saying all of the mopeds were the exact same and there wasn't any details to distinguish between the various models or prices. He refused to provide any information. It was very obvious that he did not want to assist us. We left and went to Monroe Sports. They didn't have a big selection but was more than happy to assist us so we ended up buying our son's moped there.

I brought my BMW motorcycle to Rapid Cycle Works because it was having some brake issues. Kyle, the…read moreowner, told me he would look at it within three or four days. It took him 17 days before he got it on the bench despite several phone calls asking the status. And then when he realized the job was more complicated than he had originally anticipated, rather than order the correct parts, he used old brake lines that he had lying around the shop. None of the brake lines fit correctly, nor were they the proper lengths (too long). So, it was impossible to route them correctly. One of the lines is red (originally black) So the improper routing is really obvious. They routed the front brake lines off the calipers in the opposite direction (180 degrees) from how they were originally routed. And then looped them around the fender. It just looks really unprofessional.

Beside the extremely long wait to get my unit (had to order parts, incorrect parts ordered, etc.), it was delivered with a long list of issues. Clear indication that there is no pre-delivery inspection at Fox. After returning from repair, the unit was delivered to me not tied down in a sled trailer. The Ranger ended up smashed against the rear door and parts were laying all over the floor. Strike three - asked for a full refund. Whole ordeal started in late September and ended the day before Thanksgiving. This dealership has many issues to sort out. Buyer beware!!! By the way, I went to a different dealer, purchased a newer model year at the same price as the 2025 that Fox originally sold me and received it within one week. My advice is to avoid this circus and go somewhere else.
