They could have said sorry about your luck and been on their way but they continued to try to solve the problem. Mind you, I had already take the car to a mechanic who said nothing was wrong, even though the car would shut off while driving. Walter and Pat found one wires to the battery was frayed. They had it fixed in no time and charged more than a fair price. Even though this place is not close to home I will come back time and time again in order to get service like Pat and Walter Provided. If you guys see this Thanks again. You really made me day....really my month. I have been driving around with uneasiness for a few weeks. Keep up the great work, it's hard to find kind, hard working people these days.

The PT clinic was getting there parking lot repaved and she was asking at her to move her car out of the lot unless she was going to buy something. I myself came to the store to get my wiper blades replaced as I had bought a warrantee that covered them for any defects. My blades came off the car in a storm and when I asked for a replacement I was told that she couldn't honor the warrantee because I couldn't prove that this is what happened. I'm disappointed with the way she is treating people and I will not be returning to this location.

He was so helpful and tried to fix the door latch on our driver's side sliding door on our van. He was unable to fix it, but gave us the name of B&N (Bobby & Nathan) Auto in Hudsonville MI. Paul set us in the right direction, and we will be entirely grateful that he put us onto Bobby and Nathan. As Paul had mentioned, they would be able to not only fix the problem, but also might be able to give us a good deal. AutoZone has always provided its customers with good prices and good service. I didn't feel we could go wrong. B&N is not a high-end auto show room, but the mechanics (Bobby & Nathan) are the best as is the manager (Paul) at AutoZone. Thanks, we are now able to open and shut our sliding doors since they replaced both door lock actuators. The other slider on the passenger's side was also damaged and could only be locked manually. We looked out to see if there was a bay open for me to pull in. We look back at the man in the chair and he fell asleep again. Another employee came in from the garage to try to help. They decided to pull out a car so I could pull in. I turned my head and pointed out that the car they suggested didn't have wheels at the moment. My experience with this store is not to be taken lightly. I've been in retail management for many…read moreyears and the customer service I received from Bev and Brandon is the best I've ever been treated ANYWHERE! I woke up to a dead battery and had to get my car jump started. I called around and no one could match their price or many places weren't even available as it was Memorial Weekend. Bev assured me she could talk me through changing the battery right at the store. They normally are too busy to help so store policy is that they don't assist in changing batteries, which I totally understand, but Bev went through the trouble of pulling up a YouTube video and getting me started. Brandon was just as helpful as we had to go through several steps to gain access to the battery. Once the battery was out I was able to take over and get the new battery installed myself, with their tools no less! I was traveling for work and this experience at the Grandville NAPA was a memorable one indeed. I'll never go anywhere else if I need parts or advice because I know I'll be taken care of. Let's hope their supervisors take care of Bev and Brandon so they can continue to grow the business in a time where the economy is in trouble, inflation is out of control, and customer service often seems non existent! We were greeted by Mike and he was very helpful in what we needed to change our brakes. He even talked to my other brother on the phone to make sure we have everything needed to have a successful change of breaks. If I were him, I would probably think that we were some newbies that he should try to sell us as many things as possible, but he didn't. I even asked him about some wiper blades for my car and he treated me with such generosity. I've gone into auto parts store before and I get treated like a girl that doesn't know what she's talking about. Granted this time, I've only come in to get wiper blades which shouldn't be hard, but still. Mike was very nice and friendly and because of that, I would come back.
