I had bought a key online and they cut it for $40, ten bucks cheaper then the dealership. they did a fine job and it works. Customer service was kind of poor. My husband was waiting to be helped and even thought he was the only one in there the woman on staff took a call and went in back instead of serving him.

Originally I quoted $1500 or something insane via email . After I further explained my budget and price, the owner haggled me a bit more ( should have left then ) and asked to come look at my house free of charge . I was super happy with that and he scheduled something quickly and arrived on time . During that meeting I was taught about cameras and why it would be too much work for my budget ($800) to hardwire cameras through walls . He suggested I buy my Own wireless WiFi Arlo cameras and he would install 2 of them . He told me they had to have an IT guy come out and set up some special modem which would cost me $300 on top Of their $300 install fee . Mind you, I had to buy the cameras online myself for $199. My lack of research and the owners description of a difficult install made me say yes . He asked for half of the payment up front to secure my install date . Fast forward to install day , two guys arrive and plug in the modem that came WITH the cameras I bought ( there is no special $300 modem ) he set up an app on my phone , nailed the magnet outside and they are gone in less than 20 minutes. After, I was perplexed . Of course , THEN I read up online and see the Arlo install is literately for dummies ( push a sync button and hang one nail ,boom ) . I was furious because I felt like I was mislead to believe I needed equipment that I didn't have . All in all they did install cameras for me and instead of saying "hey you can buy these and nail Then up pretty easily " I was lied to about IT work and modems that he would need to purchase to do my job . After this experience I installed arlo Cameras by myself at my mothers home and 2 of my girlfriends for free bc I was so mad about the experience . This company may be great at actual hardwire installs but I would be incredibly Weary of their pricing and deliberate attempts to swindle you .
