Rob took my wife and I out for wakeboarding lessons. He was extremely patient and kind. One of us was actually able to get up after several attempts. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to give wakeboarding a try. Rob and his team were AMAZING! Our group of 10 truly enjoyed ourselves during the 2 hour boat rental the wkend of July 31st. We rented both a pontoon and the Watersports boat so that those who wanted to just relax / swim in the lake could do so while 2-3 others at a time could experience the Watersports and it worked out great. It's a small shop run by a young couple. We rented a double kayak for an hour and it was $10pp. Same price for a single kayak or stand up paddle board. It's a bit pricey, but it's a nice lake (if busy with motorized boats) and is nice on vacation. read more

We rented a house right next door. Lake Harmony Watersports was the highlight of our kids vacation. We booked a boat with Rob, he took our kids tubing and taught them how to wakeboard. Completely disappointing. Terribly ran business. First we arrive to find out the bracelets are $20 for one hour paddle board, not a bad price. The woman informs us after taking our money that there is currently a wait probably within the hour. Upon arriving at the lake to get a paddle board we learn a group of 25+ people are in front of us. Then we are cut off by another group of people. Next the two people working the boat launch allow people who have already departed the dock on different boats to turn around and take the paddle boards that should have been ours. Also confused how they have more boats then they do paddles. It was completely unorganized, poor customer service and overall just a disappointment to our relaxing vacation. Needless to say we did get a refund and will not be returning. read more

I went here with a group of 12 people for a few hours of water skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, and we had an amazing experience. The equipment was solid, the waiting area was comfortable and equipped with numerous games, and the staff was awesome. When a surprise storm cut our reservation short, Rob and Morgan were super flexible in letting us finish out our time on the lake the following day. Also did give any information on anything and didn't show or try to help us when getting on either conoes or paddle boards. Do not think this place is the place to go. We were on vacation at Lake Harmony with our 4 children (ages 14-21) and several assorted friends and cousins. It is hard to be on a lake filled with boats and jet skis and not to have one. Rob from Lake Harmony Watersports was a godsend. He has great equipment, a fabulous attitude and is a patient and positive teacher. But what really pushed our experience from good to great was how responsive Rob was. He answered every text immediately. He was always on time. We even rented a paddleboard from him and he was prompt and friendly and helpful. Honestly his customer service just could not be better. We loved Lake Harmony, but by far the biggest part of making our vacation a success for everyone was Lake Harmony Watersports. read more

Rob is one patient and talented instructor. We had such a good time on the boat and he taught us all how to wakeboard. Tubing was a lot of fun and I truly believe anyone of any age or skill level would absolutely love their time on the boat. We did 4 hours and I know it seems like a lot of money but I was an experience of a lifetime that my friends and I will always have and that cannot be quantified in dollars! Went here with family and friends this past weekend because they were interested in paddle boarding. I did not think it was very accommodating. They charged each person who wanted to paddleboard for $20 per hour which is understandable. The point that irritated me was that they wanted to charge people who were just sitting on the bench, and not participating, a daily pass fee as well. I did not understand this. The space was free, hardly anyone was there, and they wanted to charge people for sitting on a bench. Furthermore, when she saw a member of ours accidentally leave his life jacket in another boat, she started yelling at him. She started yelling that he will be fined and "hey man that ticket is on you." I'm sure there was a better way she could have said this to him. After we told her that some of our party was already paddleboarding, she said once they're done we'll have to leave since some of our members did not pay the daily pass fee. Of course we said we would. To be honest, the experience felt like they were charging us for everything and it did not feel very family friendly at all. read more
