Over the weekend I came here my knee was really bothering me, so I came to have my knee looked at since it was hurting. The doctor who looked at it was a complete moron she didn't help at all. About 10 years ago I hyper extended my knee, and recently it's been bothering me pretty bad. Well today I had to leave work early since my knee kept buckling on me causing me to yell in pain. I will not be coming back here they didn't do much to see what was wrong. I can assure you this shit hole isn't getting paid for the lack of answers I got. I have an appointment tomorrow which I have to miss work thanks to the dumb fucks that work here. They didn't solve the issue so now I got to spend more fucking money assholes read more

This Urgent Care location is better than my general practitioner's office. After calling my family doctor and being told I would need to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I came here with no appointment and was seen by Dr Hardy in under 40 minutes. Within 2 hours I had my perception. Cannot say enough good things here. read more

They know how to make money better then any used car dealer. I had a throat sickness for a week and decided to see a doctor to make sure that ears and longs wouldn't get involved into battle with a simple cold. Urgent care is usually a way to go for things like that. It is always $75 in all 6 states where I lived bc of work. So I walk in and after sitting in a line for almost an hour, receptionist sent me to billing lady, who clarified details of sickness. I asked her how much it would be, and she replied "$75, doctor will see you in few minutes" I pointed that I don't have insurance and she said no worries. She took a payment and I waited for a while in a lobby where carpet was dirty and stinky. Doctor showed up and after explaining my simple throat sickness I requested an antibiotic to fight throat sickness faster. There was no analyses other then temperature check and blood pressure check, no blood test, nothing. I had my prescription and went to pharmacy to spend another $20 for drug. But it was just a beginning because in 10 days they sent me a bill for another $300, and after double check they still insisting me to pay it. It is a worst urgent care service I ever had!! I went here two days ago for sickness with fatigue,sinus, coughing, and headache. I went on my lunch break which is an hour long. Made an appointment prior. The appointment was for 12:30 and I didn't see a doctor until 2:00. I left at 2:30 with no results no antibiotics and now late back to work. I have yet to receive my Covid/flu results two days later. First when I arrived first at the door, they were late opening by 4 minutes, then Cassie the receptionist, instead of looking in the system and find my lab orders, she made me go to my doctor's office Next door and get the order. Now this puts me third in line for lab work. I waited for Michelle for over 45 minutes because she did not even call the first person until 23 minutes after she was signed in. Hey this is also urgent care...GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! They thought that it was funny that patients needed to get in and out in a timely fashion. DO NOT GO HERE. This is the only Lake Health facility that I go to that I am always upset when I leave. I was taught that if you have nothing good to say then say nothing. So, I am going to stop going to this facility for my labs. They suck!!! read more

Just left urgent care and the receptionist was very nice, nurses not so much but they were respectful and the reason I didn't give 5 stars. However I have been to the er 4 times but only seen by a doctor twice in a week. This was the fifth attempt to get the help. The doctor was the only doctor there and you can tell she is knowledgeable. After being misdiagnosed she gave me the correct diagnosis and she even checked my heart which she didn't have to but my chest was inflamed. I'm grateful and I'm a stem teacher so pretty soon I can be back on my feet. read more

You'd thought I was asking to use her insurance info for the visit. Then I went in and was seen but wasn't treated. The doc was nice but nice isn't helping with my stomach pains. I've had two experiences with this particular urgent care center. Both were for my son who always seems to get sick on the weekends. The staff at this facility are very friendly, very efficient, and very compassionate. I wouldn't take my child to any other urgent care. Even when they're really busy, you don't wait very long to be seen -- such a relief when you have a sick child. The physician that we saw on Sunday was Dr. Nancy Rodway. She was one of the most thorough and personable doctors I've ever dealt with -- and I work with physicians on a daily basis and have for over ten years. Dr. Rodway could not have been better. She even let my son play with her iphone while she looked in his ears. She didn't even mind when he was opening her email and pushing all kinds of buttons. A nicer lady you will not find. The facility itself is new, very clean, and they seem to use the latest technology. I'm glad and lucky to have such a nice facility near my home. read more

I hope this reaches you as I've been struggling for over a month to get any sort of resolution to my issues around an urgent care visit last month. At the visit I was misdiagnosed by the doctor (I understands this happens sometimes, but in this case it is was due to negligence). She paid very little attention to my concerns and ordered x-rays on my ankle instead of my foot which is where the pain was. After the visit and follow up with a pediatrist I made a complaint on Google reviews. Someone from your "patient advocate" messaged me to get in contact with them in response. I did so and completed a form and waited for someone to get in contact with me. No one did. I called and left 3 messages for their office and got no response. I got a bill for the x-rays and started calling again. I spoke with Julie on Wednesday last week who said she would "escalate" my concerns. Again no response. I took to Twitter on Friday last week where I was told someone would contact me. I received a call again from Julie today that she would "escalate" again. I also received a call from Pat at the Urgent Care today and the call went really poorly. To start, when you call the number for the office 440-585-3322 and select option 6 (the all other concerns selection) someone picks up the handset and hangs up immediately, I tried the option 4 times and this happened each time. I finally called the pharmacy line and was able to speak to someone. Then Pat read me what was documented in the chart, I had her on speaker so my husband could hear what was being said as I was in a ton of pain while in the office and may have missed things in the conversation. A number of times we caught Pat in untruths. When I called her on all the discrepancies her story would change. I will admit I pushed on her pretty hard when she outright told me that she was doing nothing about the cost of x-rays that were taken on the wrong part of my body. I made it clear I was not letting this go. After calling her again on untruths she said that I was "making her nervous" and that's why she was "reading the chart wrong"?! Took my daughter for a throat culture and three full days later still no results back. It's a holiday weekend and we are stuck without a result and no antibiotic. What a weekend ruined. I will go to Cleveland Clinic in Willoughby Hills next time. read more

1st and foremost, my primary car physician is part of the Lake Hospital System and he is fantastic. I could not be happier with him. As for the Willowick facility (Lab): Recently I went to the Lake Health Willowick Campus for lab work. I fasted all day and left work early to be sure that I made it there before they closed. It took 2 weeks to fit it into my schedule. I got there and found a note on the door that the Lab closed several hours early that day & they were sorry for the inconvenience. This is what sets Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals apart from a mom & pop operation like Lake Health (relatively speaking). CCF & UH have a sense of professionalism. It sounds simple, but for some of us fasting and changing our work schedules isn't always easy (unlike these employees who apparently come & go on a whim). Went in with an ear infection prescribed antibiotics enough for a two year old. adam the nurse practitioner has no idea what he is doing. couldn't prescribe the right thing for a simple ear infection. went to a real doctor five days later she said my ears were a mess . Adam didn't prescribe anything for the fluid buildup and the amount of antibiotics was the amount for a toddler. If you go to willowick' s lake urgent care and adam the nurse practitioner walks in run the hell out of there. if you want to get better. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I just changed insurance and switched my primary care physician. I injured my arm somehow and had to actually leave work and go to the dr because of the pain. After the intake nurse did my work up with my health issues. I saw the doctor. She ordered no tests, nothing. She said she thinks I had "tennis elbow". Gave me a shot of a drug that it turns out YOU SHOULD NEVER PRESCRIBE TO SOMEONE whose be treated for heart failure or high blood pressure. Which I have both. I had a terrible reaction, not knowing I wasn't able to take it. I was dizzy, nauseous, heart racing, and immediate excruciating headache. I was told by the doctor it was just a "coincidence" and to pick up my prescription and ice my arm. That she "promised" it would help me with my pain. I drove home feeling worse than I did when I arrived. But did pick up my prescription. So I get home and read the pamphlet and the "dangerous reactions to quit taking the medication and seek medical attention" were headache, dizziness and rapid heart rate. And to NOT take if ever being treated for heart failure or high blood pressure. Imagine that! I called back, furious and scared. And she told me to come back and she'll put me on a heart monitor. Totally unconcerned. I was treated like I didn't matter at all. I will never step foot into this place again. read more
