Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.

I visited Beachwood Family Health & Surgery Center (Cleveland Clinic) on Saturday. Yes, some doctors have Saturday appointments at this location. I frequent the location for my bloodwork, quick Urgent Care visits, and primary care visit. This time, I was very impressed with my experience (not always the case). From the moment I arrived, the facility's welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations stood out. The parking lot offers various options including self-park, parking garage, and valet. Typically, this place doesn't get busy, so it's easy to park. The lobby has check-in kiosks and helpful greeters to navigate you. They're always eager to help if you address them. The lobby also has a lot of greenery which really adds to your experience even if you're sick. The campus is pretty small and easy to navigate. There's helpful signage to indicate parts of the building. It's a much better navigation experience than any other Cleveland Clinic experience. Think of it as a suburban campus that's easily located on Cedar Rd. The center offers a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty services, and an Express Care Clinic for urgent needs. The convenience of having on-site amenities like radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services, and bloodwork is unmatched. With a positive review this time, I'll say that I would highly not recommend visiting their OBGYN department here. I had a very negative experience which made me switch campuses to better care. If it had been anyone else, I would have absolutely gotten their geriatric boomer face but I needed this creature to perform surgery on me bc he is without a doubt the top rhinoplasty surgeon for many years running. When you fill out your forms before you meet with Old Man Bahman (among other nakedly status probing queries) you will be asked not only what do you do for work but who is your husband and what HE does for work. I'm surprised there wasn't a line that also asked, "Who is your daddy and what does he do." Maybe I would've been heralded down the hallway (which looks like the set of Dynasty circle 1985) with trumpets if he would've been appropriately impressed. I guess I failed as such for he couldn't contain his being from emitting guttural noises in my decidedly lowly peasant presence when expressing his frequent displeasure. Can you imagine what poison got into this man's soul to bequeath him such a condescending and dismissive perspective towards others? Boy oh boy I feel for his family. Imagine having to live with him or suffering through formative years under his auspices and being on the end of your rope but he's a money spigot so you put up with his baloney. Like dude you're going to end up dust just like me, and eventually all of our graves go untended. I knew I was in for a treat meeting this sterling personality. I did my research; his reputation precedes him. The staff that has actually stayed with him for any appreciable length of time time seem. . . off. There were pleasant nurses I've encountered; they head for the hills in due time. But despite the uncouth eruptions you will encounter the end result post-surgery will be impeccable. This man fixed my face. His boorish nature belies an exacting blade. It's been years since my surgery and when I look in the mirror sometimes I still send him a silent thank you. One cannot deny his renowed talent. Just his people skills are deplorable so just robotically get through dealing with him; give him nothing of your essence and so if he berates you, it's like he won't even be demeaning the real you because he never even met him/her and so his neurosis really is an indictment on his own churlish character most likely due to a lack of refinement and grace in critical figures who raised him (apparently he comes from poverty and perhaps had I been introduced with an honorific like Your Majesty or Countess he would have regarded me with more esteem than a common chamber maid, a beastly prole for whom he has a trigger reaction to dehumanize). I am now on antidepressants due to what this doctor did to me! I trusted this surgeon to correct…read morebreathing issues and perform specific changes we clearly discussed. None of those agreed-upon goals were completed. The grafts on the bridge of my nose were not removed, which was the main goal of the surgery, my tip was not refined and is now bulbous, tissue inside my nostril remains, and my nostrils were attached to my cheeks and the skin now appears pulled and distorted. My nose is now completely uneven. Most devastating, he made the bridge of my nose more narrow without my consent and I can no longer breathe through my nose. I was also talked into facial liposuction I didn't seek, which worsened my appearance instead of improving it. I now have a huge indent/ hole in my face. When I raised concerns, I felt dismissed and unsupported. This has caused significant physical harm, emotional distress, and financial burden as I now need corrective surgery. I wish I had listened to my instincts when I felt uncomfortable before the procedure. When asking questions to gain clarity, I was met with rudeness & defensiveness. I hope others ask hard questions and feel truly heard before moving forward. He only cares about money and not your best interests. While I understand that the staff may feel inclined to defend and support the surgeon's position, my experience and account of what occurred remain unchanged. I now have to come up with money for yet another revision surgery to fix even more problems than I had before the surgery.
