I was told I was having a heart attack and was not allowed to get any kind of treatment and was sent to the ER. If I didn't go to the ER I was told my insurance would not pay for the visit. So $3,500 later, I walked out of the e.r. with antibiotics. Second Urgent Care was at the Mayfiled location on SOM for an upper respitory infection. I waited 3 hours only to be told I couldn't get any treatment or prescriptions and I should take Mucinex. Of course I had to pay hundreds of dollars and ended up going to the ER to get care. In a nutshell, Urgent Care exists to feed into the system, you get lousy, if any, treatment and are sent to the er. Never, ever again.

Dr Dawson came in stood by the door and said tests were negative ill call in amoxicillin. Never looked in my ears, my ears are blocked, never looked in my throat or nose, where i am so congested, never listened to my lungs or heart either. I just hope I get better with what she gave me or there's going to be more complaining from me. My daughter told me when she went there not too long along she did the same thing, never looked her over!! People can be misdiagnosed by her and it could be something serious!! They made sure I knew how to take care of my cut and gave me the best bandages and ointment to treat it. Utensils and everything they used were all extremely clean .
