Since 2017 I had an Asterick Free checking account that was FREE (per the name), and they kept changing it to an account that CHARGED me. After countless times of this happening, I spoke to a manager who informed me one of the employees kept switching my account when it's NOT beneficial to me. Not only did they change my account without communicating with me, they changed it from an account that was FREE to an account that charged me each month. I was lucky I noticed it. I could go on and on about how terrible it is here! I ultimately switched banks in the end due to multiple different issues with this bank, and location specifically.

So I contacted Alliance to see what was going on and, the woman said that she was going to look into it and contact me later. After two weeks had gone bye there still hadn't been any contact and our home insurance was cancelled. If you want to feel secure knowing you're covered for the unknown then don't go through Alliance!
