My balance isn't enough right now to pay the $41 so it declined the transaction before I called them to ask to cancel the card and they acted like I was doing something wrong and I told them I don't appreciate being talked to like that and told them I would be taking my business to another bank because they're rude and they went ahead and accepted the transaction and overdrafted my account into the negative to pay a subscription I've been trying to cancel for months. No really expecting much, I went in and was immediately greeting by a very friendly staff member who quickly identified my needs. She then directed me to Bruce. He was simply amazing. He was super friendly and went over all of my options with me. He signed me up for my checking account, but then went above my expectations and helped me log into the online banking, gave me a tour of the website features, and then even helped me sign up for Zelle which was my main purpose for coming there. We was so complete and answered all of my questions. He gave me options for my future banking needs and even scheduled a follow up call next week to check on me. Who does that???? This bank, and Bruce were top notch and kind of put my faith back in banks vs. Credit unions.
