My father was transferred here to recover from losing the ability to properly feed himself, amongst…read moreother reasons,from a neurological condition. Upon arrival, it was made clear that my father was having trouble eating and could not digest much. Was on a soft food diet. Staff would drop off meals that did not abide by his diet, then there was no checking in to see if he ate or drank anything. The meal would be dropped off and then picked up without anything being eaten. My father essentially starved for 6 days before being rushed to the emergency room. As well as due to his neurological condition, he was unable to stand or walk, therefore could not get himself to the restroom. My father was left soiled for over 3 hrs with no one to check. If you have family or loved ones here, either have them moved or make sure they are being properly cared for. Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy
