I have used this practice since moving to the lake in 2016 with ok service. Last February I started on Medicare with a supplemental dental policy. I showed my new care to one of the front desk attendants she took the info and said I was good to go. Well, I know i should have checked for myself, but i relied on her info. To make a long story short, I was not good to go. I incurred a bill of several hundred dollars and had to pay it myself. Had I have been given the correct info from the start I would have found a dentist in my network. Word to the wise don't rely on them to help you!!! read more

I absolutely recommend this office! The attention to detail begins when you walk in the door. A friendly, smiling (behind the mask) receptionist greets you immediately. The office front is bright and clean. Many comfort items are available just read the list. Behind the doors are a team of experienced dentists that take the time to actually talk to you vs the one minute checkup. They took pictures of each one of my teeth, which is great because now they have a baseline to see progress or deterioration. My cleaning with Melinda was one of the best and most thorough I've ever had and I have sensitive teeth! Dr Shelly was friendly and precise with her assessment. Yes, I do need to floss more. My second appointment for some cosmetic enhancements led me to meet Dr. Patti. She made me feel comfortable and confident about my decisions. Her experience really shone through during the consultation and throughout the procedure. Such a great place and team. I no longer dread those bi annual appointments. Even the checkout area is full of smiling faces. We may be in a small town but this office outshines any skyscraper practice out there. David Bradley made a cheap crappy bridge for me at $1400..lasted for 3 months..unfortunately because of my husband's critical health, we moved to SC. I called Lake Oconee Dentistry and told them my bridge cracked in half after only 3 months. Because of my husband's death, I didn't pursue this but did ask for some compensation. They never contacted me. My dentist in Myrtle Beach made me a real metal based bridge which he guarantees for life. He couldn't believe the piece of crap Dr. Bradley made. Lake Oconee Dentistry told me they accepted my insurance but did not tell me that some of the procedures they performed were not covered by my insurance and the cost of many of the procedures they performed on me exceeded the usual and customary payment amounts provided by insurance carriers. I ended up with a very large bill which I did not anticipate. Had I been informed of this I would not have chosen to use their services. read more

I could not ask for better service, after bad experiences at other dentist I went to try them out and absolutely loved them. They were so nice and friendly from the moment I walked through the door, I received a tour of there office and they really made me feel comfortable being their. When it came time for me to be in the chair Dr. Patty and her assistant Jessica were the best they really know how to put someone at ease, I will be using them from now on and highly recommend their services if your looking for a AWESOME dentist. They also were able to give my wife a next day appointment to have some follow up work done on one of her teeth. Everyone has to visit the dentist, so why should you visit here? This office is the most modern and pleasant my husband and I have used. After recently moving here, I needed a complicated bridge and caps and put myself in dr patty's hands. Later I needed some cosmetic caps. Everything turned out beautifully and was actually a pleasant experience. The staff is just so wonderful. I can't say enough about this office or the dentists. Every procedure is literally painless. These guys are a mess!!! THEY ARE HORRENDOUS AND DISHONEST! They are very dishonest and have broken not one, but two of my perfectly good crowns that I took to their office to have put back in-- this has happened two times!!!!! They want to order new crowns at a price of about $1500 for each crown rather than to cement a perfectly good crown that you take to their office to be cemented in to your mouth again-- at a cost of about $100! The staff there is terrible-- porky pig, Bethenny Flowers broke the last crown and lied about it, as did the other assistant! We go to three dentists now, because the services are so vile at the Bradley office-- when you get your teeth cleaned at this office they squirt the cleaning fluid all over your face, your clothes and your hair-- messy, messy, messy! We suggest that you wear a plastic raincoat or a plastic poncho to have your teeth cleaned! Our other three dentists have before and after records, photos and xrays to show the before and after results from this Dr. Bradley office. We have tried our best to pitch some business their way, but the results are so poor that it is becoming impossible to continue at this office! They were once upon a time, a good office, but things have dramatically changed, they are having staffing personnel problems and the present staff is very poorly trained! Many of the former staff have left this office for positions at other dental offices! This office has a long way to go to get back to the quality care that they once provided! Their present dental business has spiraled downward and many of their former patients now go to other dental offices! On my last visit there, I went home with terrible pain, a black eye and a hugely swollen face-- a fight with Mike Tyson would have caused less damage to me. This is the most professional office I have ever visited. I have been a patient here for a few years and took my toddler son in for his first dental visit last month. I had no idea what to expect as far as how they would cater to his needs or how he would react, but I was blown away from start to finish. He was greeted by a very warm receptionist who led him over to the children's corner. He was given a goody bag with age appropriate gifts. He started to watch a particular show on the tv in the kids corner and they put the exact same show on in his exam room. The dental hygienist was gentle and very sweet and explained everything to him very well. Dr. Patti was phenomenal and made him laugh. I've always loved this practice but was truly impressed by how they treated my son and made him love the dentist! He has since asked to go back to see Dr. Patti and gets excited every time we brush his teeth! Thanks to Dr. Patti and your amazing staff! read more
